Quiet with easy access hotel
Pros:

The location was nice. Next to some shopping and easy to sccess. Also it was quite and a decent area.

Cons:

$30.00 a day to park my car.

Great location for Burbank attractions but needs improvement with customer service.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the planned activities during our stay. We didn’t have to travel too far from the hotel to reach our destination or locate a variety of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

I didn’t like that when we left, the trash cans were full of two days worth of trash because no one from housekeeping serviced the room. We also had to request a fresh set of towels and washcloths on the second day.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the Burbank airport. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Pros:

We had to leave before breakfast, but had a fairly good chicken quesadilla for dinner. Parking was convenient. Room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. Linens were nice and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The bartender did not understand our order and brought wine that I didn't order and charged much more for that terrible wine than the wine I ordered cost. We were limited in what we bought for dinner because beef was advertised as "beyond meat".

Very comfortable and convenient for LA and the airport
Pros:

The location for the airport was great and it was also very quiet. The highlight for me was the staff. They were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. I need to make special mention of Joey on reception. She is a credit to the hotel and is the main reason why I feel it was such a positive stay.

OK, but beware of the woman in the restaurant, make sure your payment is accepted before arrival

Beautiful property, clean, and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The staff was mostly good, with the exception of the woman that took the breakfast order. Breakfast was to be included in our rate, and she was so crabby, mean and made me feel like a derelict for asking if it was included. It really left a sour taste in my mouth. Also, the location did not accept my form of payment as indicated on the booking website.

It’s was okay .
Pros:

Service is great.

Cons:

Want I didn’t like was the size of people that were included for the stay . It said a party of 4 and only had 3 towels . We also ran it of toilet paper .
