Pros:

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel hat bereits auf den Fotos schön ausgesehen aber den Charm vor Ort konnten die Fotos nicht wiedergeben. Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer sauber ubd schön und die Ruhe im Hotelpark und am Pool und im Zimmer war toll. Wir haben oft im Restaurant im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und waren jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Auch am Mittag wurde uns im Restaurant noch was kleines zubereitet auch wenn wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Den einzigen Punkt, den wir nicht toll fanden waren die vielen Mücken am Abend im Restaurant. Denkt an euren Antimückenspray und dann wird dies ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Hotel.

Wunderschöne alte Villa mit Charme. Wer Ruhe sucht und eine direkte Verbindung zur Weiterfahrt (Autobahn) ist hier richt
Pros:

Zimmer: Raum mehr als groß und wunderschön. Betten sehr komfortabel und die Kopfkissen gemütlich. Leider zu wenig Handtücher auf dem Zimmer und die Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren alt. Für 400 Euro die Nacht hätten wir uns mehr Luxus gewünscht und nicht, dass man wegen jeder Kleinigkeit zur Rezeption gehen muss.
KEIN AUFZUG !!! Wenn man schlecht zu Fuß ist, unbedingt nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen!!! Ebenso Familien mit Kinderwagen etc.
Positiv: Ruhe. Einfach nur Stille. Es war perfekt.

Lage: Die Lage ist grandios, da es sehr ruhig dort ist und man ist gleich wieder auf der Autobahn zum Weiterfahren. Wenn man nicht die Einsamkeit liebt und außer lesen und Ruhe nichts anderes möchte, ist das Hotel perfekt. Wer aber sehr schnell gelangweilt ist, für den ist das Hotel nichts. Es gibt einen Pool und einen kleinen Garten. Dazu ein Restaurant. Mehr nicht. Zu Fuß sind auch keine weiteren Aktivitäten erreichbar.

Sauber. Garten könnte etwas mehr Pflege benötigen

Cons:

Leider das Essen. Die Pizza war sehr speziell. Sie hat sehr süßlich geschmeckt und eher wie ein Kuchen. Der Teig war auch nicht aus einem Steinofen. Die Hauptspeise (Beef) war so zäh, dass ich es habe fast nicht kauen können. Dazu nur eine Sauce und Kartoffeln. Ich habe dann leider drei Fleischstücke (ähnlich wie ein Tafelspitz) leider liegen lassen müssen. Es war einfach nur trocken und zäh.
Die Preise sind sehr gehoben. Für zwei Tomaten mit Burrata zahlt man hier 16 Euro. Allerdings ohne nettes Beiwerk wie Pesto, Salat oder Deko. Einfach nur zwei Tomaten und Burrata. Man hat es sogar noch selber „anmachen“ müssen.

We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely keep the address for future vacations in Como.
Pros:

The villa is really nice and very well renovated! The property is so peaceful, it’s a perfect location to relax. The staff is really welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

We would have like a space to work (with a laptop). But we figured out and found nice spot and in the garden or in the room (no desk).

Pros:

Demeure authentique, rénovée avec passion et un goût certain.
Un excellent emplacement pour rayonner autour du lac de Côme (accès aux 2 rives, proximité de Côme avec ses nombreux commerces et restaurants).
Des chambres confortables équipées d'une climatisation performante (très appréciable en plein épisode de canicule).
Le personnel est très professionnel, aimable et rendant un service particulièrement à la hauteur).
Petit déjeuners copieux et savoureux, restaurant de très bonne tenue avec un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Beautiful but disappointing breakfast
Pros:

The property is beautiful. When you arrive in the courtyard, it’s picturesque and the view of the house from the back and pool is lovely too. The swimming pool was great and we enjoyed using this. We had a wonderful dinner the first night. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. We liked the room. It was spacious with plenty of space for our toddler to roam. It also felt very secure. The staff on the desk were super helpful when we needed to find a doctor for our son.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. On the first morning we turned up for breakfast and nobody greeted us. When we asked a for a table, they said they didn’t have any out in the courtyard only inside but there were no tables set up inside either. We weren’t offered drinks or any help and other guests arrived after us and were seated and served. This was really disappointing considering the cost of the stay and the experience that we’d had at dinner. We had breakfast for the next couple of days in our apartment as we had a kitchenette.
