“Arenal Hot Springs: The Ideal Costa Rica Escape”

Our stay at the Arenal Hot Springs in La Fortuna was absolutely amazing. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views of the volcano right outside our window—it felt surreal. The private hot tub in the room was exactly what we needed for relaxation, and having access to the hot springs on-site was so convenient after long days of exploring.
The restaurant was wonderful—the food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a beautiful setting. We also loved how close the property was to all the adventure activities. Zip-lining, excursions, and nature tours were just minutes away, and the town of La Fortuna with its great restaurants and shopping was only a 15-minute drive.
Between the views, the comfort, and the unbeatable location, this place exceeded all expectations. I definitely plan to return—it’s a true gem in Costa Rica. 🌴💦

The resort is in a great location. The rooms face the Arenal Volcano, and the views are incredible! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food at the poolside restaurant is absolutely delicious!

I booked late in the day and everything was perfectly prepared when I arrived. The staff even brought my suitcase up three flights of steps without me asking! The welcome drink was especially refreshing as well.

Pros:

Place was ok. I don’t know how they are 5 starts hotel however. The game room was falling apart and there was really no place for a 15 month old, I would consider this to be more for teenagers. Hot springs were not that hot. Food is just average. Other than that petiole were very friendly and the place is gorgeous even with the rain.
