Everyone was very friendly even ask if we wanted a view of the parking lot because we had motorcycles
Breakfast was excellent
Booking the hotel was fast and easy via hotels.com.
The greeter at the check-in desk was not friendly at all. There was is never a hello. She appeared to have an attitude the entire process. She rudely told my husband he needed a key for the restroom and I was trying to check us in.

My stay was very good the staff was excellent I wish I can give you tonight at 10/10 we were there for the weekend for a wedding and we loved it and the staff was wonderful

My stay was great! I had a wonderful night’s sleep!! Everything was spot on and I have no complaints.
The staff was so nice, friendly, and happy. Everything was clean and in good condition. The beds were uncomfortable and that is the only negative I can say. It was tolerable and the staff would have probably been happy to help but we didn’t bring it to their attention because we were focused on other things going on.

Front desk service was excellent. Pull out couch area hadnt been cleaned.
We went to take the grandbabies because they had an indoor pool and the pool wasn’t even open because the pool guy didn’t come or something but the pool looked to be in working order
Just a stop along the way on a long road trip. Hotel was fine and I’d probably stay there again. My room was a little beat up with dents and a small hole in the bathroom door. They weren’t full so I don’t know why they put me in a room with obvious damage - it makes a bad impression.
I lost an envelope that you could easily tell was a card. Lots of wedding venues in the area. So in all probability there would be money in envelope. The staff found it and kept it at front desk. I called them after checking out and they told me they had found my envelope. I'm very grateful for their service and I was able to retrieve my envelope with the cash enclosed. Honest employees get my thanks
