Breakfast was terrible. Even though it's only $8.00. I'd prefer to spend a little more to eat a good breakfast somewhere else.

The staff person Kim was GREAT!! She is always so helpful when we stay there! She is one of the reasons we come back there!
The noise from the traffic. Its understandable as the hotel is right off the interstate highway.

My bedroom was cold could not locate thermostat, The plumbing in my room was bad. The bathtub backed up and could not take a shower the next morning. I reported to management and they apologized and reported to maintenance.
The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was poor. The hotel was switching over from a full service restaurant to a self serve buffet. This was the worst self serve buffet we’ve experienced. We were usually the only people having breakfast when we ate each morning. We paid extra for the breakfast option and it would have been money better spent to grab something from a fast food chain.
Nice hotel, good location with restaurants around.
The shower curtain smelled badly of mold, so it made the whole restroom smell. A little noisy from the freeway traffic.
We were here for the Hozier concert and we're all happy with the room and the easy access to dining and shopping near us. Thank you!!!

Everything was wonderful except for two things.
One when I booked the property it said breakfast was included in the price. Then we got there she told me $8.00 per person. So I felt we got scammed on that. Nothing said the breakfast was extra and I thought the “new” laws is that the hotel industry is NOT to have hidden fees. She just told me no that’s not the case $8.00 please a piece.
Then it would be nice to have some kind of cradle for charging your phones. Some hotels have them and that option is very nice.

The pool and spa was super clean.
The restaurant was closed so no breakfast. The ice machine was broke.
