Nice, clean hotel. Everything you need, if you do not need to leave the hotel. If you want to travel from the hotel, there is very limited transportation. The beach was a bit disapointing, and the pool is small. The bartenders allways seemed annoyed when ordering, and even with a long queue, you could see 2 laughing with each other with only one serving. The drinks were not up to expectations, but the food was good.

Beautiful hotel and worth upgrading to a suite however the my favourite club really doesn’t get you much more. What let this hotel down was the food. Poor choice, often luke warm at best. Husband a
Vegetarian and very little choice for him. Drinks, a lot that isn’t included in the AI package.

Ruhiges adult only Hotel in einer schönen Gegend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Buffet von Mittagessen und Abendessen ein klassisches all inklusive Buffet, solide aber ausbaubar. Die Auswahl an Getränken ist groß, auch wenn man für einige noch extra zahlen muss. Es gibt Animationsprogramm, welches aber sehr dezent ist und wenn man daran kein Interesse hat, bekommt man kaum etwas davon mit. Der öffentliche Strand ist über einen direkten Zugang vom Hotel erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel welches zu empfehlen ist.

Overall we had a nice time, but at many times it did not feel 4 star.
Pros: lovely beach right beneath the hotel, entertainment was diverse, alcohol in cocktails generous, food was good and different each night, entertainment staff were lovely, spa/indoor pool and rooms quiet and refreshingly modern, big comfy beds and regular cleaning, fun prizes to be won during entertainment.
Cons: the big flaw was that the all inclusive package was by definition NOT all inclusive. Lots of cocktails you had to pay more for, the beer was awful tasting, the wine was low quality as it always gave us headaches even if we only drank a little. The sauna and steam room they have turned off unless you give 30 mins notice and doesnt open until 10am so no nice morning swim before breakfast. Not this hotels fault but also worth noting that the beach is very small and crowded with loud locals smoking cigarettes or even weed, or families with children so if you came for a quiet adult only holiday like us you spend most of your time at the hotel pool rather than the beach which is beautiful so its a real shame. The majority of staff also appeared quite unhappy and a couple of the bar/waiting staff were even rude.
Overall we are glad we came here but there are some improvements to be made for this to truly represent a 4 star all inclusive hotel or be worth the money spent.

Waren Anfang Juni dort. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und das Hotel selber sehr schön.

Das Hotel liegt an einer malerischen Bucht, man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und bekommt am Anreisetag auf Wunsch noch sehr spät (22 Uhr) etwas zu Essen im Speisesaal.

Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr engagiert!

Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und mit einem Balkon ausgestattet (auf dem man rauchen darf). Dort findet man sogar einen Wäscheständer an der Wand. Das Bad ist relativ groß, ebenso die Dusche.

Die Betten sind gut, nicht durchgelegen, es gibt eine große Kissenauswahl.

Frühstück und Abendessen sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich (es gab z.B. einen mexikanisches Abendessen, zusätzlich zu der normalen Auswahl). Das Servicepersonal ist super!

Gegenüber vom Hotel befinden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Autovermietung (wir hatten unseren Mietwagen allerdings am Flughafen gemietet).

Einziger Nachteil: die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz vom Hotel, man muss an der Straße parken, wo i.d.R. alle Plätze belegt sind.

Las habitaciones están cómodas y amplias muy bien decoradas. Personal súper amable.
El único punto de mejora sería la comida del buffet (desayuno como cena => baja calidad). lastima!

Anhand des Internetauftritts entsteht der Eindruck, dass alle Zimmer Meerblick haben, ich hatte darüber übersehen, dass bei meiner Buchung Meerblick nicht ausführlich dabei stand (auf den Fotos war dieser allerdings eindeutig gegeben - also als Tipp: bei der Buchung unbedingt darauf achten). Entsprechend groß war die Enttäuschung. Aber dies ließ sich dann gut klären und wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Und auch ansonsten war das Personal ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Deshalb insgesamt sehr positives Fazit.

We love the hotel, the service and the food...beautiful location...we really enjoyed the hospitality...

Hotels location is great for people to stay for two night and have their own car. It's in a lovely bay with a beach entrance and lovely views of sunrise. Room is very bright and spacious, minimalistic but you do have everything you need there. Shower open spacious. Clean and tidy areal. Breakfast as usual for that size of hotel, nothing special but a good selection.

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé. Vue incroyable. Buffet de qualité. Passage de la piscine à la plage en qq secondes très appréciable. Je recommande vivement

Freundliches Personal, nahe am Strand, schöne Bucht, herrliche Hotelanlage, ruhige Zimmer

Our stay was amazing. Every room faces towards the ocean. Our balcony had a fantastic view and we opened up the patio doors to hear the ocean waves at night and early in the morning. It was perfect. The beach inlet was very nice.

The whole staff was so attentive to our needs. The manager, Olivia was so nice. She always asked us how we were doing and if there was anything we needed on a daily basis. The waitstaff was pretty awesome, Rita, Gadi, Antonio, Samuel, and the bar attendant, Mary all took care of my husband and myself. Chef Alejandro's food at the pool bar was on point. The reception desk attendees Sinue and Carlos were also extremely helpful with excursions, grabbing transportation, any questions we asked all while constantly having a smile on their faces.

Our only compliant was the food choices at the buffet. The food was pretty bland. The food as I had previously read on many other reviews was mediocre and geared towards the German population, as 3/4 of the guest were German. Even the singer for the entertainment on the first night we arrived was singing in German. Maybe if the hotel switched it up a bit for other foreign travelers and add more food choices, then I would have given it a 5 star.

Grosse auswahl beim buffet. Gab jeden abend ein anderes thema. War echt toll.

Viel Platz im Speisesaal, an der Bar, am Pool
Sehr freundliches Personal

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind mir noch aufgefallen:
- Die Drinks hatten teilweise nur sehr wenig Alkohol
- nur kleine Auswahl an warmen veganen Speisen

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen (mit All-Inklusive).
