Je choisis chaque année cet hôtel depuis sept ans, et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfait. Cette année, les locaux ont été en plus rénovés ! C'est parfait !

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location. 5 minutes walking to Parliament. Also it has a big parking lit outside. Unexpected, the breakfast is very good and full of options.

Cons:

The rooms at 1-2-3 floor don't have the option of opening the window. So, if you don't like staying in closed box,don't choose family rooms at those floors.

Very nice and if needed I will rebook the same hotel.
Pros:

Room was big with all necessary equipment. Room was cleaned and nice.

Cons:

I have to pay for parking. I believe for the guest who has booked room, parking should be free

Génial !!! Ce n'était pas une chambre mais un appartement très silencieux et calme.
Etablissement super bien placé avec parking payant.
Le choix pour le petit déjeuner est incroyable.
Est offert pour la journée de visite un sachet avec bouteille d'eau et 2 gâteaux. Très bonne idée !
Possibilité de faire sa lessive gratuitement et d'utiliser la piscine et salle de sport.

Cons:

Le retour de la caution (100 dollars - très répandu au Canada) est très, très long....

Found my new hotel spot in Ottawa
Pros:

Room layouts were weird, but so spacious, so for my friend and I who rode our bikes from Montreal to Ottawa needed all of that space. The rooms came with kitchenettes and plenty of seating.

Cons:

Breakfast was not exceptionally good. But I am being extremely picky here. I would still go for the breakfast

Good value for the money
Pros:

Very close to Ottawa city attractions. 15 minutes walk to the Parliament. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Although they provided underground garage parking I Had to pay $25 for overnight parking .
