Great customer service
Pros:

It’s an old building but good cleaning staff and great customer service made me give it a good rate.
The water-bottle&snack pack for guest to take was really a nice touch.

Le personnel était très accueillant et très chaleureux !
L'emplacement était impeccable ! A15 mon à pied du centre ville de Ottawa et du Canal Rideau !
Le petit déjeuné était de qualité et bien garni !
Les chambres extrêmement grande !

Pros:

這是我第二次住這酒店，上次是疫情前，我驚喜地發現他們的迎賓處，浴室等重新裝修了。但是每晚價錢卻沒有增加多少！房間還有廚房，像一個小型的公寓，建議選擇5樓以上的房間，3樓是早餐房，好像6點就開始，可能會有點吵。這次我住8樓電梯旁加房間內的暖氣機噪音，都是可以接受的。除了地理位置極佳，早餐還是那麼棒，品種豐富，還能外帶。每個員工都是非常熱情有禮貌。以後再來渥太華，還是會選擇這裡！

Я розчарована ставленням персоналу на рецепції. Я не говорю англійською і лише трохи французькою, однак працівник вперто спілкувався англійською, повторюючи одне й те саме та навіть не намагаючись знайти спосіб пояснити інакше. Він уникав зорового контакту й не проявив жодного бажання допомогти. Таке ставлення виглядає непрофесійно та неповажно до гостя.

В оголошенні зазначено, що персонал володіє англійською та французькою мовами. Проте на рецепції я не отримала жодної спроби допомоги французькою!

I was have a problem with you when you charged me extra money, I tried to texted you, you don't mind me😒😒. You was supposed to charged me $92, only one night, but you charged me $196 only one night.
