Pros:

La gentillesse à l'accueil. Très bon séjour, nous y retournerons en saison estivale pour compléter notre visite d'Ottawa.

Cons:

Malgre une literie de très bonne qualité, nous avons trouvé que le matelas était trop mou pour nous.

A comfortable, friendly place centrally located perfect to visit Ottawa
Pros:

Check in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. The coffee surprised me, it was aromatic to the point I asked the attendant to show me the brand used. The location puts you in the heart of Ottawa with easy walking access to almost all of the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I really can't think of any aspect that would cause me to complain.

Je recommanderais sans hésiter.
Pros:

Suite très spacieuse avec deux chambres fermées et cuisine, c'était au-delà de mes attentes.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel, mais correct pour le prix. Nous avons apprécié la variété.

All amenities and location

Cons:

When I checked in I used my visa debit card, I don't carry a credit card for various reasons. I have used it there several times before. I was told i needed a credit card to stag there again. Not going to lie, it felt a little racist .

Location was great, rooms were great, staff was great! I’d definitely go back!

You can’t beat the location for the price!

Cons:

The hallways were a little cluttered but that’s to be expected in an older building with space issues.
