Cons:

There were a lot of other people's hairs on the bed linen. It was very unpleasant. And there were some bugs running around the room. The TV didn't turn on, and the air conditioners were very noisy, making it unbearable to sleep.

Would book again in a heartbeat
Pros:

This affordable place has a fantastic staff and handy location! We had a nice large, clean room with a full kitchen, table/chairs, living area, and office area. Great bed, pillows, and linens. It had everything we needed and more. We love to be able to make some meals. Breakfast & laundry was a valuable bonus. Great blackout curtains and quiet. We loved it!

Cons:

It's just a bit dated.

Pros:

El personal, nos atendió una chica Chilena, súper maja, y nos atendió muy bien, al igual que la otra compañera canadiense. El hotel si vas con el concepto de dormir ideal, no tiene grandes lujos, no es moderno, pero la relación precio/servicio es EXCELENTE. La ubicación no es que estés debajo de la catarata, pero sí que estás a 10-15 minutos de las cataratas, y de la zona de atracciones, la noria, y demás atracciones que puedes encontrar en un parque de atracciones. El check in y el check out, bien, te mandan un previo a tu llegada, para rellenar datos, y cuando llegas pagas con la tarjeta, y a la salida, poco más.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, el desayuno, no es que sea lo mejor que has visto, pero hay fruta que es lo importante.

Great location, lovely room, I'd definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was very large. The location JUST off Elgin was great for walking to the market, to the canal (to skate) to many restaurants, to Parliament Hill. The room had kitchen facilities.

Cons:

The lobby leaves much to be desired. It is plain and underwhelming. Not so important to me as the room was terrific! However, the first impression, the lobby, is not great - though the staff were!

The location was great!! Walking distance a lot of attractions. The rooms were huge! We also quite enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

Nothing. It was great for the value.
