Main bedroom very restful.
General ambience calm and welcoming.
All staff very helpful and happy.
Blind in the bedroom was faulty.
Toilet seat loose.
Shower head and 'pipe' filthy - black mould!! Also dirt on tiles.
Basin tap squirted water everywhere due to high pressure.
Plug in sink did not stop water escaping when closed.

Noisy aircon pump, might have been some kind of condensation pump, woke us ip every hour in room 406.
Very comfortable and calm hotel with pleasant communal areas and a good choice of well-prepared food for breakfast.
Televisions in both rooms a little old.
Excellent stay for my wife's 60th. Staff very nice, bed and room comfortable. Lovely terrace to bar to enjoy the open fields and grounds. Breakfast good. Would definately stay again.

Air conditioning not working and very uncomfortable bed. Was 2 singles pushed together sold as a king.
Really bad nights sleep.
All the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The bed was softer than we would have expected, but was very comfortable and we all had a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although we did have to ask one of the staff for some bowls for the cereals and fruit. The evening meal was well cooked and there was plenty of choice on the menu. However, the menu we viewed on the website was different to what was on the menu in the restaurant - perhaps this could be updated?
Unfortunately the coffee machine as not working properly but the lady in reception was kept busy making Cappuccinos and Lattes for the guests who wanted them.
We were in room 113 and the taps in the bathroom seemed to be the wrong way round with hot water coming out of the cold and vice versa.
The plug would not seal in the hole and it was impossible to keep the water in the bowl. The blinds could not be fully closed as the mechanism kept jamming.
The fridge in our friend's room (306) did not work.
