Location and style of hotel
Cooked breakfast had been standing too long.
It was easy to find, and plenty of on site parking
The blind fell off the ceiling when I went to close it. The food at the restaurant was terrible, and the wait was immense. I know this hotel is on the cheaper end, but the basic service, although polite, was very sub standard. Cold, inedible food, and the restaurant was empty. Nearly 3 hours for a pate and then burger with cold chips.
Lovely location and staff .
2 single beds joined together for a king size bed. Small issue with the coffee machine not working in breakfast bar.
Fantastic location, hardworking staff who were very polite & friendly
Location, big room & fantastic food & great service & very accommodating to the big family booking
The carpet was filthy, the remote was taped up, the lights kept going off, the headboard was worn, coffee machine didn’t work in the morning and the list goes on. Good location but low standards
Great rooms, fantastic staff. Beds really comfortable. Hotel decor plesant,
There wasn't anything wrong with the hotel however the menu was very limited, not a lot of choice although have to say service was excellent
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The building was beautiful, as were the grounds. The room was spacious and comfy.
The room we stayed in could have done with a little bit of a refresh. The bedside lamp was broken and the walls looked a little tired.
The staff are extremely helpful. Very peaceful hotel
Absolute fantastic hotel with fabulous staff

Very clean and well situated
It was all good
Cleanliness. Location. Food. Very welcoming staff.
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast really good. Lovely location. Would stay again.
The grounds and building were lovely and I thought the interior decor had been thoughtfully put together.
The staff, particularly upon arrival, were very friendly, helpful and professional.
The towels and bedding were clean and soft.
It was an ideal location for us to stop over for 1 night.
There were a number of small things that would have made a big difference to the state of the room we stayed in.
There were blind fixings above our window, either fit a new blind or remove the fixings.
The tea tray was dirty and the kettle was slightly.
The bathroom taps needed some kind of treatment to remove the limescale etc, or even replacing.
The bedside lampshades were frayed and dirty.
Thr grouting around the shower was black.
There was no shower gel, only handsoap in a dispenser that hadn't been fixed to the wall.
The foot pedal on bathroom bin was filthy.
Large red wine stain on the carpet next to window.
I have photos of each issue if required.
When I riased the issue of the noise in my room I was moved the following day.
The room was noisy although I was moved on the second night.
