Beautiful Hotel, Quiet Location, Great Service

Lovely hotel, great rooms at a reasonable price. I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was fantastic as was the service..

very disappointing really compared to my previous stays
Pros:

Room was sweltering hot and couldnt turn off the radiator. Opened the skylight to get a draft but that kept closing due to an automatic close facility when it started to rain . Shower was small. Not much natural daylight and the fridge was working at a high er than 4.00C temperature to keep my perisahbale items from spoiling - the milk I brought with me went sour . Could only get about 9 channels on the t.v. The reason I think this is poor is that I've stayed at other rooms x4 in this same hotel which were far better in terms of view outlook comfort and facilities . you are good normally but not this time

if you read the above you will now - a fridge at a cool temperature , a room that coul dhave more control of the room temperature a larger shower more t. v channels

Good restaurant, nice people, plenty of parking, very easy indeed to get to the M1, I shall return!
Pros:

A lounge comfortable and well appointed bedroom with the spacious bathroom Fish and both a bath and a shower. Warm, welcoming, clean.

Cons:

Nothing of note, the previous documented left a series of booze bottles outside the door which had not been picked up by housekeeping, scarier shattering!

large car park. quiet location but close to main road.
Good state of decoration.
standard breakfast buffet fare

Would have like to see more tourist information available especially for the local surroundings.

Lovely stay in MK
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The evening meal and breakfast delicious! Hotel set in lovely well maintained grounds.

Cons:

Brilliant, friendly, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, hotel was quiet, warm and relaxing
Pros:

Our room was lovely, we were upgraded to a deluxe room on request. The only slight negative was a lack of sockets. I use a sleep apneoa machine and need to have by the bed. Staff helped by finding us an extension leadwhich sloved the problem.

The cleaning staff were excellent and prompt, our room was tidiedwhile we were at breakfast and cleaned when we went out for the day. Our young waiter in the restaurant and worked hard to please us. When we made a suggestion to him about cutlery,he listened carefully and said he would implement it in future.

Cons:

We thought the menu was limited and a little pricey for what was essentially the "pub grub"
