Our king studio was very clean with a comfortable bed, pillows and nice linens. The kitchenette was clean and useful. Just wish there had been a kettle but kind staff at front desk got hot water from the coffee bar for me. Only a shower, which was fine with us, but if you want a bathtub make sure one is included in description. Did not have the included breakfast due to early flight. Walls are lovely soundproofed but windows are old. Fan on AC worked great to cover road noise. Staff at front desk superlative and helpful. The ORD MMF with the rental cars is a 15 min walk from hotel. Very useful!

I was charged $40 with no explanation, tried contacting the hotel, got passed around, number i was giving for billing disconnected me. Emailed the property, never received a response.

Big and spacious room with big tv and plenty of space for suitcases. Room equipped with a fridge, sink, stovetop and microwave. A lot of varieties of the dinner menu. Very nice breakfast
The door was falling from the frame, there was pee on my toilet and tv remote was missing. It was obvious that the hotel needs some renovations through the rooms.
The dinner was more expensive for the quality of the meal.

The location was perfect for access to/from the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel was delicious, and the added bonus of having a coffee shop was perfect
The windows are very thin, so traffic from the streets was all we heard. The windows also left puddles of water on the windows sill, which in turn leaked down the wall, and on the carpet. You can tell that this has been happening for months. The "heated pool" was not at all warm, and according to an employee hasn't been heated for months

The room was large and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom, kitchen facilities and a sofa. The included breakfast was excellent.
I waited almost 30 minutes for the shuttle pickup. But this is not unusual at O'Hare
Shuttle was so nice and so appreciated
TV was weird and hard to operate. Queen suite is a strange layout
Breakfast was amazing, room quality was way better then I was expecting and parking was good for the area we were in. A+ stay, would stay again if in area again
Not really a dislike but an inconvenience but all the elevators broke down during are stay but they were up in a few hours. Need more area to sit for breakfast.
