Great for families

The resort was great and the staff where fantastic. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very large and had all the required amenities including a fully equipped kitchen.

Our kids especially loved the children's activity play centre and the beach. The first couple of days it took as a while to get our bearings walking around the resort as it is so spread out.

We only had a couple of annoyances:
1) Hotels.com advertised our breakfast as a full kitchen continental breakfast with no further description. The vast majority of guests at the hotel had a buffet breakfast at JW Cafe. To our disappointment, a Full Kitchen Continental Breakfast actually meant eating at the Siam Deli and being offered only one Beveridge and one of only a handful of menus listed in their menu. It was definitely not a full kitchen! We were not able to upgrade to the buffet breakfast and had to pay the full fee for that option.

2) We paid top dollar for our accommodation. Had we researched better, we could have had the room for close to a third of the price had travelled 2 weeks later in April.

Very clean and tidy rooms. We had a two bedroom unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our eight night stay. The kids loved their time at kids camp. We enjoyed the pools and poolside service.
The hotel is a bit away from most places but we still did two full day trips away. We liked the quieter area. There are options to eat out away from the hotel. But the restaurants on site were great. Food prices not too dissimilar to Aussie food prices.
We enjoyed the friendly staff Marn, Love, JJ, Nam to name some standouts.
Hope to return at some point in the future.

A great resort with very good service

We enjoyed a family holiday here last week.
The location is beautiful and the property is well kept.
There are plenty of things to do here for kids and adults alike, and plenty of spots to laze the days away if you don't feel like doing anything.
The highlight was every single member of staff. Such lovely helpful and genuine people that were so welcoming and friendly to us.
We will be back.

Nice staff and decent food. Very good for kids with the designated pool and kids club. My only gripes would be the noise from people walking around above (the Marriott in Khao Lak has the same issue) and the staff not handling PCR documents with appropriate sensitivity.

This was our 3rd time staying at the JW and Marriott Phuket Beach Club. The facilities are amazing and the kids club is fantastic. The service has always been top notch and we look forward to our next stay in Phuket JW

Very child and family friendly. Many options food wise

There was 4 of us on this trip staying at the hotel. 3 of us got sick with vomit and diarrhoea. We only ate pretty much the entire time at the hotel. We were able to pretty much identified the food that caused the sickness as I did not eat the same food in the hotel hence I was not sick. Pretty miserable really and we certainly did not expect this for the price we pay. Needless to say, we will not stay at the same hotel chain and I will not book another holiday using your website.

best hotel in Phuket

Beautiful and clean. Spacious room. Very friendly staff. We are picky when we travel and our entire family of 5 was very satisfied with the resort. One we plan on returning to!

Great kids pool and best kids club on the island, beautiful pools, really relaxing colonial style lobby bar, fantastic Italian restaurant Cucina, great beach massages 500 baht, housekeping amazing, nice beach Thai restaurants out the front (on the sides of the resort). Can't wait to go back.

A truly complete family resort; excellent service and facilities.

Spacious rooms (2 bedroom apartments can sleep 6 if the sofa bed is used), beautifully landscaped gardens, quiet location and good facilities except for the dining facilities.
Only drawback is the dining facilities which whilst there are a number of options do not provide value for money and lack local taste (too sweet or not spicy enough).

The 2 bedroom appts are called villas by the staff but are actually appts in 3 story blocks. Very well laid out and fully equips for 6 people 2 no bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and own bathroom if you want adult only ask for north pool size of the property as this pool is very quiet. This is not a place to stay if you want lively Thai resort as 30 mins north of the airport $30 taxi ride to Patong. One criticism is the prices of food and drinks sandwich from deli £7.50 large beer £7.50 and since all bills signed for it's easy to accumulate a steep bill! So budg
