We will never use this hotel for any of our many trips we make to the Portland Oregon area.
Pros:

We didn’t get to experience the property because they failed to disclose all their fees and terms on booking.com and waited till we went to check in to advise us that it was $30 a night per dog even though our dogs are both under 15lbs and are 13yrs & 15yrs old with no teeth. So we stayed at another property.

Cons:

Lack of information provided on the booking.com site or their own websites about pet fees and policies. When advised we would have our 2 small dogs with us they did not explain that the pet fee was $30 per dog per night. On top of charging for parking in a lot that was not secured in any way.

Pros:

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from.

We also enjoyed the extra facilities like the pool and gym, which were a great bonus during our stay. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, making it great value for money.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was that parking was not included and required an additional fee, which would have been nice to have complimentary for guests.

Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

it is cheep and it was less then expected for what we paid for.

the parking lot was hard to get around with it being a one way and the fact that other people were allowed to park in a no parking spot and make it hard to get around them. the fact that breakfast was over cooked and tasted bad. they did not do what was asked of them and it took over a hour for them to bring extra bedding for the pull-out bed that was asked to be brought up at about 6 pm and it was about 7-7:30 before they even brought it to our room.
