The check-in process was efficient, the staff was responsive, and the room was very comfortable.
Pros:

The staff, room, cleanliness, shuttle service to the airport was excellent. I would stay there again on my next trip to Portland.

Cons:

The facility is a bit outdated. The main (only?) elevator is very slow. These, however, are not deal breakers for me.

Excellent Place to Stay!
Pros:

The room was very clean. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Room was ok for one night. As I have stated this room could use a ‘face lift’ where carpet needs cleaning or replacing
Pros:

The location was good and the shuttle service good. The morning breakfast was plentiful and good. The room was generally ok but needs some improvements.

Cons:

The room was tired and floor/ carpet not very clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The bathroom was clean but very little extra. The TV could have had more channels but ok for one night. The room could use a face lift.
