Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Well maintained property.

Cons:

Need some updating but honestly, for the price you pay, this is a good deal. The hotel is in a safe location and clean.

Will not stay here again and do not recommnend it.
Pros:

The laundry was convenient.

Cons:

On Thursday May 14, the young female desk clerk working around 6 pm was rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I tried to explain to her that I had not received housekeeping that day though it was requested and she could not care less. She should be fired.
Also, it was difficult to regulate the climate control in the room.

Was really close to an appointment we had

Cons:

The AC thing on the wall was broke and we were not told about it. Ons of the sink stoppers was so jammed down it wouldn't drain properly and the spare pillow and blanket. The pillow had a what looked like to be blood stain on it.

Pros:

Three nice facilities. Having the 18 hour opening for the swimming pool was wonderful. Hot breakfast was very good with a variety.

Cons:

For dinner, it would have been great to have passed out close by

Nice place, but fellow guest...to loud.
Pros:

The room was nice. The breakfast would be bestter if there was healthier otops, like plain yogurt, and simple salad optios.

Cons:

The walls/floor are very thin, the people staying above our room, walked around all night, then at 2am the people across could be heard talking.. we had to "wake" up at 0430 for an early flight.. but since we could not sleep, we were already awake.

Fine for 1 night by necessity
Pros:

Very conveniently located close to the airport with a 24-hr shuttle. All the basics covered when a 1-night stay is needed logistically. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, and room was clean.

Cons:

My shuttle wait was short but my family member waited about 50 minutes despite being told they were on the way. The breakfast offering is pretty pitiful but not below expectations for this kind of hotel. The "gym" is also pretty useless, they should really not claim to offer a gym.
