Pros:

They have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Our driver was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The charge for everything. Even parking. So I had to pay to stay there, but walk? Just didn't make sense to me.

Whenever we have a late arrival in Portland, this is our property of choice!
Pros:

Very clean. Excellent shuttle service at a very early morning hour. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Parts of the property need a little upkeep. Example would be the third floor carpeting.
Also, when we got to our room at 2:30 AM, the door was not securely locked. Anyone could have been in before us. Everything looked fine so we immediately went to sleep.

Pros:

Not too much. This property needs some tlc.

Cons:

The property is a bit old. Reception charged me even though I had prepaid (it got sorted the next morning). Handicap parking is farthest from the entrance door. The parking lot needs to be relined.

Cons:

Waited at the airport for over a hour of calling to be picked up no answer called booking they attempted to call no answer outside stranded with kids in the cold and other guest in the same situation

Pros:

Great location. Early 3:00 p.m. check-in and late 12:00 p.m. check out. Long pool hours and decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room.
Front desk staff Hyde and Vida are very personable, friendly and provide an excellent customer experience!! They are both valuable assets!

Cons:

Did not dislike or impact our sleep, but others may want to know you can hear planes landing and taking off on occasion.
