Convenient but unlikely to return/recommend
Pros:

Friendly + helpful staff, happy with location

Cons:

The facilities are run down and need investment… the property is in dire need of uplift. First room we were kept awake all night due to creaking floorboards above.

Pros:

Very clean and quiet with a great view of the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they included a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. It wasn't a problem asking for extra pillows, they came with a smile. The room was warm with a comfortable bed, a deep bathtub and heated floor tiles.
The location itself feels very private.

Cons:

Fixing cupboards that are hanging off the hinges would make this a 10/10, although, this is minor.

Highly reccomend
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. It was my birthday we was greated with a birthday cake. Which was a lovely suprise. Any questions or anything we needed the staff was there to help

Cons:

The shower head was very low. Im 6ft4 and was probably at my shoulder. But was still a good shower.

Very nice very chill very quiet area
Pros:

It’s very warm in the rooms ,the bathtub is nice as , they come to tell you breakfast is almost done if you haven’t made it down

Cons:

A little far from city centre , maybe some salt on the mushrooms

Interesting.
Pros:

Upgraded to executive suite as our booked room was being renovated. Included spa bath.

Cons:

The owners did not allocate enough staff, and the manager had to do everything- which he did as well as humanly possible. Checking in, starting sauna and spa, restaurant waiting AND cooking.
