Staff at reception were really friendly overall they were really good in all areas.
Pros:

It was in an excellent location. Rooms were really good. Pool was excellent. Restaurant and food was really good breakfast was excellent.

I really like Apex the rooms are spacious and comfortable

Room as always brilliant - spacious and neat and tidy. I really like the style of these rooms.

Cons:

I've stayed a few time and really like the hotel but it is quite a noisy hotel - I was woken up several times after midnight with people outside/inside making a lot noise. When walking through corridors you can hear noise from inside bedrooms so obviously from within the bedroom you can hear every noise from the corridor - not an easy fix but did mean I've not had the best sleep.
The bathroom has hairs in it - not enough for me to complain about but noticeable.

Weather nice which made it a pleasant stay. Shops within walking distance which was great

There was a zip wire water feature but only open for the Easter w/end Nothing else going on Think we were 50 yrs too late for boats coming in 🤣

The staff the amenities the food the room from.start to finish was amazing. We were made to feel very welcome and the view from the room was beautiful. We were so.impressed woth the beds a.d im particular the bath and shower was out of this world
