The price. Also no written WiFi instructions in the room. Their app is invasive so after downloading it and reading the cookies I quickly deleted it.

The service was excellent, from check in to check out. The room was large, airy and well appointed. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Everywhere was clean and fresh feeling, and the bathroom toiletries were lovely. We had a traditional Scottish breakfast which was delicious, as was the tomahawk sharing steak we had for dinner one night. Both good value for money too. The only thing - and it was a disappointment for us, was the water in the pool was blimmin freezing. Everyone there was commenting on it, and it certainly wasn't conducive to a relaxing spa time. However, as that was the only down point I would love to return and am have already recommended it to a friend who travels to Dundee a few times a year.
The pool temperature was not like a leisure pool. People were literally choosing not to swim as it was so cold.
Great hotel, restaurant and spa area in a good location. Very comfortable room, bed and great shower. Excellent choice of food in restaurant. Staff friendly and attentive.

Location is amazing, five min walk from centre and station. Our view was of the quay which was spectacular. Staff were very helpful
We did use the check in survey to advise the hotel we found the room too hot. When we got back someone had addressed the issue. It’s a good idea you get the survey to check all is ok during your visit
Large comfortable room with table and comfortable chairs. View over the harbour. Great buffet breakfast. Quiet and comfortable lounge areas. Car park in grounds.
