Nice break
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. Loved the spa and swimming pool. Bar snacks were delicious. Staff member Jasmine was so
nice.

Cons:

Bed was far too hard even though they put mattress topper on it. Breakfast not to my liking. Was cold. Lights in foyer needed cleaning

Great location, friendly staff, good value.
Pros:

Easy to find, few minutes walk from V&A and centre of Dundee. Enjoyed the spa and gym. Comfortable bed and great view.

Cons:

The ventilator was noisy through the night and I only saw how to switch it off in the morning. Would be good to have clear instructions beside the thermostat.

Nice modern hotel in central Dundee.
Pros:

Both the dinner and breakfast options were very nice. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Ample paid parking was available.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Victoria & Albert Museum und zum Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war ok. Parkmöglichkeiten sind am hoteleigenen Parkplatz vorhanden.

Cons:

Das äußere Erscheinungsbild ist nicht gerade einladend.

Very happy with my stay and would return if back in Dundee
Pros:

Room very comfortable and good size. Loads of storage. Lovely big walk-in shower and there was also a bath. Staff very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Would prefer to have tea/coffee served rather than having to queue at a machine. Also some people had problems with the toaster.

Overpriced for condition of room.
Pros:

Central, nice views , nice pool , good clean bathroom. Nice friendly staff

Cons:

Sheets were stained. Carpets and curtains also stained. Large conference also going on limiting seating in reception.

I had a very comfortable stay but was disappointed with booking.com’s price.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Location ok for me as I have mobility problems so have to take a taxi anyway. Bed very comfortable and we had a king size one each.

Cons:

Booking .com’s price. I paid £240 way back in December 2025 and could have got it for £204 a few days before my stay. My second night was paid through the organisers of the conference and it was £156.
