Pros:

Absolutely amazing staff, David and Lexy went above and beyond for me when I was left with a situationship. Amazing hotel, cant fault it...Top Mark's, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dundee.

Un moment détente avec une piscine très agréable
Pros:

C'est un hôtel, à la hauteur de ces étoiles ; on y retrouve tout le confort nécessaire, des chambres très agréables, une piscine fraiche mais tout à fait sympathique avec son jacuzzi, sauna et hammam accessibles. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des plats de bonne qualité.
La vue n'est pas phénoménale, l'environnement non plus... Mais on y recherche surtout un moment détente et pour ça c'était réussi !

Cons:

Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres, et le petit ventilateur fourni ne suffisait pas à rafraichir réellement la pièce.

Nice hotel for a treat
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location near the city centre, shops within walking distance. Near the Quayside restaurants as well. Great hotel and nice swimming pools and facilities. Good value for money.

Wish the room had A/C, slept poorly
Pros:

Location and staff friendliness, responsivess and efficiency.

Cons:

No air conditioning and almost 80 degrees in the room in April. Never cooled down overnight. Bathroom floor and carpet could be cleaner. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. Slept poorly both nights.

Relaxing break from home.
Pros:

We won this dinner B & B in a charity raffle in 2025. On arrival we booked in early as the room was available. Swift friendly process, thank you front of house staff.
We stayed in room with a westerly aspect, beautiful view over the river Tay & The V & A.

Our 3 course dinner was served with a smile & a friendly chat, the dinner from start to finish was outstanding. Compliments to restaurant staff and chef(s)

An evening at the Rep before returning to our well equipped room with large shower and seperate jacuzzi bath. Living area with sofa and large screen TV and seperate bedroom area. The bed and bedding were luxurious!

Breakfast service well presented as dinner the previous evening.

Spa use on both days, even after checkout!

Thank you Dundee Apex for a wonderful break.
