Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers lief die Klimaanlage, sehr schön bei über 30° draußen. Auch lässt sich das Zimmer gut abdunkeln, sehr schön bei Sonneneinstralung von 14 bis 21 Uhr.
Das große Frühstück-Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Viele kalte und warme Speisen, sogar Kartoffeln und vieles mehr. Dazu Kaffee aus der Maschine oder Kanne und viele Säfte, den Orangensaft frisch gepresst.

Une catastrophe totale ! Évitez à tout prix cet hôtel et cette ville !

​Avis :
​C'est la première et absolument la dernière fois que je mets les pieds dans cet hôtel et dans cette ville ! Une expérience misérable du début à la fin, un pur foutage de gueule avec mon argent.
​Tout a commencé à la réception, où j'ai été accueilli par une incompétence crasse. Bien que la chambre ait déjà été payée intégralement via Booking et que je leur ai mis la facture sous les yeux, l'employée sur place n'avait aucune idée de ce qu'elle faisait et insistait pour que je paye à nouveau. Il a fallu qu'un de ses collègues intervienne pour qu'il réussisse, enfin, à me donner les clés. Un stress totalement gratuit après la route.
​Les conditions de la chambre ? En dessous de tout. Alors que la réservation avait été faite pour deux personnes, le manque de respect a continué : ils n'ont mis qu'une seule couverture et une seule serviette dans la salle de bain. La douche était défectueuse et ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il n'y a pas grand-chose à dire – une catastrophe totale, immangeable.
​Le comble de l'insolence et du manque de sécurité s'est produit au bar. Quand j'y suis allé le soir pour commander quelque chose, l'employée qui servait était dans un état d'ébriété avancé et flagrant ! C'est inadmissible qu'un hôtel laisse ses clients entre les mains de personnes saoules sur leur lieu de travail.
​Pour couronner le tout, la ville est un désastre total, pleine d'arabes, insalubre, avec une atmosphère où l'on ne peut absolument pas se sentir en sécurité en tant que touriste.

​Si vous voulez préserver votre argent, vos nerfs et votre sécurité, ÉVITEZ cet hôtel et cette ville ! Note : zéro pointé !

Ich übernachte jedes Mal im Ramada Essen, wenn ich in der Stadt bin. Bisher war ich immer sehr zufrieden, aber dieses Mal musste ich eine extrem unangenehme Erfahrung machen, die mich wirklich schockiert hat.
Ich befinde mich aktuell für einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Als ich mich in den Barbereich setzen wollte, um gemütlich einen Kaffee zu trinken, erlebte ich eine große Enttäuschung. Da ich meine Kreditkarte nicht im System hinterlegt hatte, wollte ich den Kaffee einfach auf meine Zimmernummer schreiben lassen. Dies wurde jedoch strikt abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass ich über Booking.com gebucht hätte und daher die Gefahr bestünde, dass ich "jederzeit einfach abreisen" könnte.
Der Mitarbeiter, der vor mir stand, verhielt sich nicht wie ein freundlicher Gastgeber, sondern eher wie ein Polizist. Er beharrte vehement darauf, dass ich den Kaffee sofort bar oder mit Karte bezahlen muss. Anstatt meinen Kaffee entspannt genießen zu können, musste ich mich wegen einer solchen Kleinigkeit mit diesem unhöflichen Verhalten herumschlagen.
Es ist unfassbar, dass man einem treuen Stammgast wegen eines einzigen Kaffees so misstrauisch begegnet und ihn wie einen potenziellen Betrüger behandelt. Ein kurzes Einlesen meiner Kreditkarte beim Check-in oder beim Kaffeekauf hätte dieses Problem sofort und diskret gelöst.
Vor zwei Jahren habe ich diesem Hotel noch eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung gegeben. Aufgrund dieses unprofessionellen und respektlosen Umgangs muss ich meine Bewertung leider auf 1 Sterne herabstufen. Schade, so vergrault man Stammkunden!
