Ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel mit ebensolchen Zimmern; nettes und hilfsbereites Personal; sehr gute und sichere Parkmöglichkeit; gute Stadtlage und trotz der Straße nicht störend laut im Zimmer; extrem gutes Frühstück mit sehr reichhaltiger Auswahl. Ich sage Dankeschön für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel erfüllt alle meine Anforderungen, wenn ich in Essen zu tun habe. Sehr komfortabel ist auch die Tiefgarage. Deshalb komme ich immer wieder gerne hier her.

Viel wat tegen
Pros:

De kamer was ok voor de prijs, ik had wel een deluxe geboekt (deze was gerenoveerd). Ontbijt viel enorm tegen, we zijn Ramada Scheveningen gewend. Daar is het ontbijt super, dit was erg teleurstellend. Worstjes stonken, gebakken eieren nog helemaal snotterig, geen lekker beleg.

Cons:

Ontbijt voornamelijk, buitenkant hotel ziet er niet mooi uit, geen balkon oid. Ook nog 15 eu per nacht parkeerkosten boven op de prijs.

A good Ramada
Pros:

Located along a busy road but you hardly hear the noise.
Managed to check-in before 12:00 noon which was a plus.
Breakfast paid extra and happy that i did, it was a nice one.
Front desk staffs are friendly.

Will be back.

Cons:

Some of the breakfast associates were plain. Said ‘thank you’ but there was no respond.

The room was quite good and comfortable.

Cons:

The service was very disappointing. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was no warmth, no clear communication, and it felt as if helping guests was a burden rather than their job.
Unfortunately, the experience during breakfast was similar. The staff seemed inattentive and indifferent, with little effort to provide proper service or create a pleasant atmosphere. It made what should have been a relaxing start to the day feel uncomfortable.
Overall, while the hotel’s facilities are good, the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff significantly affected the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.

Die Ausstattung der Junior Suite war super, alles sehr sauber und das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Cons:

In der Suite fehlte beim Reinkommen zunächst die Möglichkeit, Mäntel direkt aufzuhängen. Platz wäre da. Wir hatten für 2 Personen gebucht mit dem Hinweis dass es unser Hochzeitstag ist. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war für 2 weitere Personen eingerichtet was unnötig war. So mussten wir erstmal alles umbauen um sitzen zu können. Und an den Hochzeitstag wurde nicht gedacht.
