I will definitely stay here again and recommends other travelers to consider looking into it.
Pros:

Hotel location was excellent. It was near a major train station that made the entire City of Tokyo and two major airports easily accessible via various train systems. The hotel was clean and comfortable with courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the loose coiled mattress. I had hard time sleeping on it the first two nights, however, my wife was ok with it.

It was a perfect place to move and get to know Tokyo without having to spend too much time at the hotel

Location and service were great, also the rooms were very well equipped with all the necessary

Old furniture, smelly room and that there are almost no coffees nor restaurants/bars close by.

Excellent Location with Amazing City Views
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many of Tokyo’s attractions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided great service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Since the hotel starts from the 24th floor, the higher-floor rooms provide beautiful panoramic views of Tokyo, especially at night when the city lights are spectacular.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit compact, making it difficult to fully open large luggage. Despite staying on a high floor, I could still hear train noise at night, which affected my sleep. Also, the breakfast staff strictly require a breakfast coupon for entry, so without it, you won’t be allowed into the restaurant even if breakfast is included in your booking. It would also be helpful if the hotel improved the soundproofing to reduce outside noise and provide a more restful night’s sleep.

Perfect location and friendly staff
Pros:

There are two family Mart and train station downstairs, it is very convenient! Staff speaks English and super welcoming. It is walking distance to Ginza major attractions, I had a lot of fun!
