Pros:

Tolle Lage mit einer super tollen Aussicht, ein schönes Zimmer mit einer guten Größe. Wir würden es das nächste Mal wieder nehmen

Superb hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

Executive suite on the 38 floor was amazing. Breakfast was great with Wagyu omelettes. A real premium feel. 8min walk to the station undercover too so helps with weather

Cons:

The actual area is not touristy, but we liked it as most major attractions were within a 25min train

Another great visit to Tokio
Pros:

2nd time in this hotel , it is very convenient , location is perfect 5 minutes walking distance to the train station , there are 2 convenience stores at the the ground floor . Clean rooms , very confortable beds .

Cons:

Our room rate include breakfast , we had 2 options , Japanese style and Western buffet. Unfortunately , the buffet is a disaster , the floor is sticky , coffee machines are filthy and there aren't many food options , very basic . However , you can order eggs at your table , cooked to your liking , which it was a god option .
The Japanese Style at floor 25 is fantastic , super quiet , great service and tasty Japanese breakfast

Pros:

Hotel was nice. The food situation was disastrous.

Cons:

I was hungry the entire time I was there. The room service menu is extremely limited, restaurants were closed or booked to capacity. I was treated poorly at the Japanese restaurant and could not eat there. I also asked twice for a manager to contact me and no one ever did

お風呂がトイレと独立していて
ゆっくりと過ごせました。
バスタブも深くて疲れが取れて良かったです。

A tad disappointed by the experience this round
Pros:

The location and the views from the room
It’s a super convenient hotel with family mart, Starbucks and many food options both downstairs and around the hotel
My go to hotel in Tokyo for quite a while now
Staff during check in n out were very efficient and helpful
Concierge helped me with my luggages to the room and when requested assisted me all the way to the lobby to wait for my taxi
Front desk kindly acceded my request for a room I had stayed in before
Love the cotton pajamas provided
Plates, cutlery, coffee cups, high ball glasses and wine glasses are a plus

Cons:

I was disappointed by the drop in standards of this place.
The rooms look rather tardy, a revamp may be needed.
The swivel chair in the room was dusty, carpets in the room did not feel too clean, the glass shelf in the wash room was not wiped the whole time I was there (a layer of dust was observed..)
Pillows were so worn out it was so flat, making sleep rather uncomfortable opposed to what I was used to
When 2 of my ceiling lights blew, I requested for a change but they only installed one and I had to call again and ask for the other one to be replaced.
Tables were showing age, chipped edges etc
This was not the best experience I’ve had at this hotel by far..

Modernes, edles Hotel an guter Lage, um Tokio mit dem ÖV zu erkunden
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit zwei gut vernetzten Bahnhöfen/U-Bahnstationen in Gehdistanz (> 5 min). In der Executive Etage im obersten Stockwerk erhält man jederzeit gratis Getränke und Snacks.

Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit tollen Duschen.

Cons:

Aussicht ist je nach Himmelsrichtung etwas eingeschränkt (unter Umständen schaut man an eine andere Hochhausfassade. Ausserdem sind die Fenster etwas kleiner als in anderen Hotels dieser Art. Die Aussicht bleibt dennoch spektakulär.
