Pros:

The location was just ok.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling to experience Japan. Its western influence can be felt throughout, the breakfast was quite bad and the room were not comfortable at all. But if you do not about of all that, its location is ok.

Good location and hotel but executive floor disappointing
Pros:

Good location with excellent metro and rail connections.

Cons:

Varying quality of L38 executive rooms. On our first stay the room was small for a super king bed on this second stay it was tiny even by Tokyo standards.

A great place to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Fantastic location, literally 2 mins away from the Shimbashi station from which you can get to wherever you want in Tokyo really. One of the best locations you might find in Tokyo for your stay in order to be able to see everything in a short period of time. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. I had a Tokyo Tower view room and it did not dissapoint - the view of the tower was so pretty.

Cons:

The rooms are really small, even though it is common for Japanese hotels, for its price my room was really small.

Pros:

Service at tour Bar needs a lot of attention. We ate dinner there twice. Service was slow, staff disnt understand what we wanted to order. Second meal, one order didnt go in, so my husband had finished his meal before mine arrived... then later, they wanted to give us an order of sushi, which we didn't order. Staff standing around while we were needing drinks and to order. Just not great at all.

Cons:

The view from our room! The gift you gave myself husband for his birthday with a card.nice touch

gördüğünü düşünüyorum.Odaya ilk girdiğimizde oda ücreti+şehir vergisi talep edildi.Fiyatlar booking'den farklıydı.Çok güvenemedim.Booking üzerinde böyle bir bilgi tazmadığı halde booking'deki ödemenin yanında kişi başı 600yen vergi ödedik. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş ingilizce'yi çok az bildiğinden çok iyi anlaşamadık.Şehir vergisi ödediğinde fatura istedim.Faturanın hazırlanması çok uzun sürdü.

Cons:

Breakfast is very rushed and incredibly busy. Japanese breakfast closed multiple days.

Not best hotel experience we had
Pros:

Breakfast and view from restaurant was great and friendly staff

Cons:

Not much view from our room (opposite side of restaurant). The air-conditioning only not working properly. Our room became too warm with only warm air hence needed to change to another room where we could hear the trains k when in operation. Also the room was quite small and need to find space for our medium size suit cases
