Good location for sight seeing and catching 🚅. Comfortable stay with the lounge access.
Pros:

These days, any major international cities are very expensive to stay. I noticed hotel prices in Tokyo went up. The room size was smaller side. But we really enjoyed the view, easy access to many attractions. We had a lounge access and we used a lot.

Cons:

I wish the pancakes at the breakfast was warm!!!

Always a good stay at the heart of Tokyo.
Pros:

Close proximity to everything. Beds were great. Pj’s were a great touch. Views from the lounge were great. Breakfast at lounge was just perfect. Easy access to train station

Cons:

Rooms def smaller but that’s Tokyo

Lovely hotel. Right above train station which was so easy to get around and also walking distance to a few places also

Disappointing
Pros:

The only positive is the location

Cons:

Dates rooms but the position of the bed is definitely not for two persons we could barely fit in our two large bags.
The new year bar celebration was pathetic drinks horrible they closed the curtains before midnight the cocktail was do it yourself no food and not even allowed to drink snacks from outside in the absence of food
The parking is terrible waiting half an hour to collect the car
Not good value for money paid a lot but felt hugely disappointed
