Pros:

The hotel was in a good location but getting in and out was a little like a maze as it's in a confusing intersection / area with a lot of streets / buildings / trains that block your route. There were convenient places to get coffee and meals right next to the hotel though, plus the Ghibli clock! Wow, what an unexpected treasure to find!

Cons:

Beware, there are MANY Royal Park hotels. We mistakenly were routed to two different ones on two different days.

Pros:

室内が綺麗だった。洗面所のアメニティも充実していた。ベッドも広く寝やすかった。タオル類も2枚置いてくれていた（1枚しかつかなわなかったが）。部屋着も上下セパレートタイプで安心できた。

Cons:

風呂トイレが一緒（ただし、距離が遠かったので問題ない）
少し調光が暗かった。
パークホテルと間違ってしまった。新橋駅から歩いて訪問したが、サインが発見できなかった。
