A localização é excelente para conhecer a cidade a pé! As janelas te oferecem vista para a Table Mountain. Linda demais! O time da recepção e restaurante do breakfast foram muito acolhedores. Ah, a parada 5 do Hope on Hope off fica a 2’ do hotel. Café da manhã excelente!

Cons:

Senti falta de um frigobar. A TV tinha poucas opções de canais e o banheiro é bem apertado. Mas o box tem um bom espaço.

Gebouw is oud en vermoeid. Al jaren geen onderhoud gehad, zo te zien
Sevice was vriendelijk, maar oh zo traag. Vaak 1 uur wachten op een bestelling.
Slechte ventilatie, ramen konden nauwelijks open.
Erg luidruchtig i.v.m. de dagelijkse vlooien markt op het plein boor het hotel.
Belachelijk kleine badkamer Je kon je nauwelijks draaien.
Smerige vloer, die al een tijd niet schoongemaakt leek.
Kakkerlakken in de lobby.
A/C unit erg lawaaiig en achter de gordijnen geplaatst, zodat het effect zeer beperkt was.

Will definitely stay here again if lucky enough to have another trip to SA. We live in UK.
Pros:

The location is superb for Cape Town. The staff were delightful. the room was a good quality, standard hotel room layout. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked, and their own underground parking. We stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect base for visiting sites and vineyards. Good restaurants very locally to walk to in the evening and good Uber friendly location for visiting the V&A Waterfront, Cape Point, Table Mountain, Boulders Beach etc. We hired a car and driver for a wine tasting tour. Nice to return in the evening to a convenient location. The Western Cape is a wonderful destination

The price, breakfast was good value for money, staff were friendly 👍

Cons:

The bathroom required cleaning on arrival, the closet was full of dust, there was only one water glass in the room for two people, there was no plug at the desk for a laptop unless the kettle is unplugged, the TV channels had different volume levels and despite calling the hotel technicians, the problem could not be resolved and the air conditioning could not be switched on from within the room 😭

Séjour parfait : Chambre confortable, personnel parfait et localisation idéale.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la diversité et la qualité des menus. La proximité du restaurant facilite son accès. On y trouve un confort acceptable. Le personnel du restaurant est à la disposition des clients.

Je n'ai pas d'avis sur cette question. La réception, la maintenance et la literie conviennent à mes attentes.

Cons:

The carpet in my room looked dirty with visible stains. Behind the taps in the sink looked with a build up of a dark coloured matter.
