Pros:

The price, breakfast was good value for money, staff were friendly 👍

Cons:

The bathroom required cleaning on arrival, the closet was full of dust, there was only one water glass in the room for two people, there was no plug at the desk for a laptop unless the kettle is unplugged, the TV channels had different volume levels and despite calling the hotel technicians, the problem could not be resolved and the air conditioning could not be switched on from within the room 😭

Séjour parfait : Chambre confortable, personnel parfait et localisation idéale.
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la diversité et la qualité des menus. La proximité du restaurant facilite son accès. On y trouve un confort acceptable. Le personnel du restaurant est à la disposition des clients.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas d'avis sur cette question. La réception, la maintenance et la literie conviennent à mes attentes.

The carpet in my room looked dirty with visible stains. Behind the taps in the sink looked with a build up of a dark coloured matter.

Cape Town is exciting and quite interesting. Would definitely recommend visiting Cape Town.

Pros:

Breakfast was really average, not something I could compare to a 4-star hotel. Often, I could just find pork sausage and bacon ONLY as meal with complementary omelet

Cons:

hot shower was hard to find in the morning. Also, some disturbance from technical team knocking at door without notice.

Heart is at the core of hotel excellence
Pros:

In the center of things. Walking to restaurants, Company’s Gardens and easy Uber rides. Fun to be beside the Greenmarket Square and see an activity not happening elsewhere. City security patrols in yellow vests are all about for safe walking. Good breakfast, and decent dinner menu with a nice ambiance in the restaurant in the evenings. Large patio was great for the one night jazz festival and for just lolling or reading a book if not on the roof in the sun. The staff couldn’t have done more to make our stay truly memorable and helped us with the smallest tasks. They really seemed happy to be part of the service here, with ready smiles and a morning hello. Our family away from home.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was erratic in the a.m particularly.. Might have used the pool area more when hot but no shade umbrellas or such. I appreciate that wind may be a problem.

Pros:

The location was fine but extremley busy outside on the square

Cons:

The hotel is tired, the room wasn't clean, with stains on the lamp, carpets, scatched and chips out of doors. I couldn't get an ironing board to press clothes for over an hour.
