Absence de probité d'une partie du personnel. On m a volé 500 euros la veille de mon départ, dont j'ai pu récupérer finalement 300 euros avec la femme de chambre.

Very small rooms
Spacious bedroom and staffs are so cordial for guests. Location is very good here.
Complimentary tea and breakfast is amazing.
Their washroom is too small , even you can't get out easily, in 710 room I stayed.
And they should provide toothpaste

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Cape Town, with easy access to markets, shops, restaurants and public transport. It is a very convenient place to stay when exploring the city, especially with family.
What really stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, and we really appreciated the warm atmosphere and overall experience.
Nothing major to complain about. We had a minor water issue at the beginning of our stay, but the amazing staff were quick to respond and resolved it promptly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
