Sat night I got to my room at 230 am wearing my favorite black denim shorts which had around $50:in my pocket. Put on my pj's went to bed. Got up at 9am packed my suitcase and left. Got 30 miles down the road stop to get gas, can't find my shorts I took off at 230am with the money in them. In a panic I called the hotel told them I left my shorts in the room. Get back to hotel go in room no shorts, go back to my car no shorts, go back in hotel have someone go to my room with me and still no shorts. So they tell me maybe my guest got f them, but I had no guest all weekend and they literally disappeared!
I'm told Noone went in my room but me, I get home have a friend search my suitcase and car, still to this day no shorts. Only explanation is someone went in my room after I left and took the shorts. While I was going through my suitcase for the 3rd time in front of the hotel, a very nice gentleman (wish I got his name) walks up to me and hands me some money. I tell him no sir I can't take your money, but he could see my stress and wanted to ease my mind. So an Angel came to my rescue and I'm very thankful for the stranger. But someone took my shorts and money!

The staff was rude. The management was rude. The room was not clean the sinks in the bathroom. The towels all had spots. There were bugs and in the bathroom sink like living in the drain and you could see that. Would not give me a refund. I would never go back

Broken door lock made for an uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Location was great. Close to gas and many food options. Lobby and halls were clean. Night staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The biggest issue with our stay was that the room door was not secure. The door lock was broken, and the screws holding the lock in place were loose and stripped, making it look as though the door had been kicked in at some point. Because of this, I never felt that the room was properly secured and had a difficult time falling asleep. Guest safety should be a top priority, and this is something that needs to be repaired before the room is rented to another guest.

The soap, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. The floors were so dirty it left the bottom of our socks black. The continental breakfast was over 1/2 gone by 7am. No waffle batter and the worker was nowhere to be found to refill it

It was fair for the price.
Pros:

It was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We requested a handicap accessible room. The bath was large enough but the tub was a step-in tub with only a a handheld nozzle. No seat available.
