The man that checked us in/out was very kind. The lobby was neat clean. Hotter was easy to find

The hotel was on our way, so getting to it was easy. . The man that checked us in/out was very kind. The lobby was neat clean. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was in desperate need of repair. Towel rack fell off and ceiling needs to be redone. We had to stop toilet from running several times Wyndham chain should care more about their image.

This facility should be demolished. This is not a hotel. Breakfast is nothing !
They are cheating you on description, the reality is totally different.
The staff is like isn't existing.
Are asking for a deposit, what for ? For e ruin ?

The lock on the door was broken, the filter in the shower was disgustingly dirty, the tub itself did not look clean, the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom, one of the lights did not work in the room, the beds were fulls and not queens as advertised.
