O quarto nao possui frigobar, estamos em 5 familia, em 5 quartos e somente uma tinha um frigobar que nao funcionava

Boa, nao foi melhor que a fechadura eletrônica da porta do nosso quarto estava com defeito e era um transtorno para ter acesso ao quarto mas os funcionários gentilmente sempre estavam a disposição para nos ajudar. Recomendo a troca da fechadura. Solicitamos mas nada foi feito

A repeat visit to our favourite hotel in Santiago. It has charm and friendliness and is in a safe part of the city within walking distance of numerous cafes and restaurants. Also the riverside sculpture park is an easy walk. The hotel has an extensive breakfast selection with an early start if required.

Im Gang sehr laut! Leider! Gäste aus verschiedenen Zimmern halten sich über Stunden im Gang auf und kommunizieren sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht rein. Anderer asiatischer Gast kommuniziert per Mobiltelefon auch im Gang vor meiner Zimmertüre über eine Stunde mit lauter Stimme! Erst nach eindringlicher Bitte meinerseits beruhigt es sich, um nach einer guten Stunde wieder laut zu werden. Zimmernachbarn kann man nicht azswählen - allerdings könnten Hotelangestellte von Zeit zu Zeit die Gänge inspizieren und für Ruhe und Ordnung zu sorgen. Gehe schon mehrere Jahre in dieses Hotel und hoffe dies bleibt eine Ausnahme.

Angenehmer Ort im Zentrum von Providencia. Metrostation, Restaurants, Shopping Malls und unterschiedliche kleinere Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hotel muito bem localizado e em uma região super segura, profissionais excelentes. Recomendo muito !!

Hotel excelente, bonito, novo, perto do metrô, várias opções de comércio e bem perto do shopping Costanera. Um parabéns especial para o funcionário Francisco ( Tico ) que nos ajudou muito!!!
Café da manhã bom e com lanche para quem sai cedo p os passeios. Super recomendo!!!

A very big hotel, very convenient for the Providencia area of Santiago within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the cable car to San Cristobal.
Reception area very large and grand but not very welcoming. Staff a bit officious demanding to see our Chile entry papers.
Room a fairly good size though double bed not that large. Good TV in room and free bottles of water along with welcome drink on arrival.
Bathroom with bath a bit sparse on toiletries. Handy USB point by bed. Breakfast ok, coffee machine, no cold milk, hot milk tasted a bit strange. Only one set of slots of toaster worked one morning

Creo que nunca elegi un hotel tan mal, la atencion para ser educado voy a decir que era "poco calida", la habitacion con paredes con humedad, el gel de ducha era shampoo aguado, el lector de tarjeta para entrar a la habitacion falla todo el tiempo.. pero lo peor de todo, el WIFI era inexistente... otros detalles el desayuno era desolador!!!
Claramente no lo recomiendo ni volveria.. una lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicacion.

U Weber whith my family for medical treatment and for visit some places, IT was good and we spent an excellent family time.

Very good location

I gave this hotel 3 stars because of its location and friendly service in the breakfast room . We checked in the evening about 9 pm and the desk clerk knew little to no English . Luckily I was traveling with someone who spoke Spanish but even he had trouble understanding the clerk. He kept asking for our exit papers for leaving Chile . Until he showed us a copy of our PDI form did we understand what he was talking about . The carpets are well worn in the hallways and the rooms , the furniture is also well worn.There was no view except our room looked into apartments across the alleyway . The welcome drink was limited to about 3 choices and again the bartender knew no English , besides having no personality. The breakfast room was pleasant and had average choices … the young lady working the breakfast room recooked our eggs as they were very runny and not edible , she remembered us the following day and Immediately had our eggs the way we preferred. She was very pleasant ! The day desk clerk spoke very good English and was very helpful storing ourluggage as we had a late pick up to the airport . The hotel was clean and had large open spaces . Very centrally located , close to the shopping center inside Gran Costanera Center , the largest and tallest building in South America . Lots of restaurants and bars close by , very nice neighborhood. We felt safe .

This isn't a bad hotel. Fairly good location, walking distance to the centre of town. Gracious but a little tired in places. My room was comfortable enough but there were no instructions for the safe, the bathroom was a little bit grotty in places and I couldn't open the complementary bottle of water! The internet in the room is rubbish. It's ok in the lobby though. Free welcome drink is nice. Restaurant is good, but a little pricey. It bugged me that the menu is all on a QR reader and for some reason mine wouldn't work. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Great fruit, eggs, croissants and good coffee. Emmanuel on reception was welcoming, in fact all the staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful. One tip pay with cash or debit card otherwise you will be charged commission.

I do not recommend any Torremayor hotels. My experiences were the worse possible.
Torremayor Lyon and Providência:
- Reservation: Travel agency and hotel did not get aligned. I asked for a double bed for my 2nd honey moon and my wife and I slept in separed beds.
Torremayor Lyon:
- In the winter they turn the heat being impossible to sleep. I asked the attendant how to turn on the air conditioning and the answer was, we don’t have air conditioning during the the winter. The alternative was to open the window.
- Bath water is warm, doesn't get hot.
- I bought an expense wine to drink with my wife ok out 2nd honey moon and they couldn’t even open properly the bottle. They almost ruing a $200 wine.
Summary, I spent 3 days on the Terramayor province hotel and 2 days at the Terramayor Lyon hotel both were terrible.
Torremayor Providencia:
- Room was dirty and had no towels available in the room. I asked to clean more than once the room and the room was not cleaned. I had to go to the lobby 2 times to get towels.

The location was great. Very close to the Subway and a lot of restaurants and places to go.

This was our fifth stay and from the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed like returning friends. Thank you Snr. Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants, fine shopping and the sculpture park. Open-top tour busses stop round the corner on their circular city tour. It also has a small, but sufficient, rooftop swimming pool with views across the city to the Andes. Good choice of breakfast with fruit and pastries. The bar has a small outside terrace also.
Also good to see the same staff year after year.
Hope to return in not too many years.

Charming hotel. Staff excellent and very helpful with booking tours and directions.
Location is very good also. 5 minutes walk to local subway station.

Property is in a convenient location. It is run down and in need of renovation. Staff seemed disinterested and one an older man when we asked a question about Xmas concerts in Santiago rudely said there are none. In other words don’t bother me!! There is no controller for air conditioning in the room. It was in the 90F when we were there! The A/C seemed inadequate. I think for the price there are better hotels in Santiago.
