Everything was perfect!

The hotel had a good overall experience with friendly and helpful staff. However, the breakfast a little bit to be desired as it lacked variety and some requested items were not available.

It was in July 2025. Fantastic hotel 🏨 with the best staff. After 1 year still thinking and missing Mexico and the people. The hotel maybe looks like the “older” one, but it has vibes and you can feel like at home. I recommend it and I would like to come back soon ☀️😎💓

Very nice place

This property is right across a bar that plays music until 3 a.m.
when I let the front desk know about the terrible first night my family and I had, they told me that we could wear earplugs. The music is so loud that it will make your night miserable.
I asked for my refund and they declined my request for a refund. They offer me a different property but said I would have to leave the current room at 12 and wait until 4 to go to the other property when I had paid for 4 nights. I decided that I would give a chance to go to another property they offer me, but when I arrived I was treated poorly. We were asked go wear plastic uncomfortable bracelets. We decided to leave and paid a whole new price for another hotel.

It was OK. Not great. Not terrible. Good location. Loud bar at night. Staff at Front desk were very nice. Needs some updating.

We had a very nice time at this hotel and would definitely go back in the future.

The hotel is outdated. Close to the beach and to 5ta Avenida.

Lovely little pool area and great breakfast opportunity.

Cute hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Linen looks a little worn but were clean and meet our needs for the one night we stayed.

I enjoy my time there

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfasts are yummy. The pool area is inviting and lush. I loved swimming in the pool listening to the birds! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the beach and the nicer section of the city. I would recommend!

Great location but very noisy due to echo in the building

Nice place to stay and conveniently located.

We have been going there as a family for the last 15 years on and off. Before Covid, we stayed there around 5 times. This was our first time after Covid. The place has completely fell a part.

Pros….
Rooms are big. Fits two queen size beds. Rooms have balconies. Shower has good pressure (very important, especially after full day at the beach), and we always had hot water.

Very centrally located. Convenient to many restaurants, Mamitas beach (one block), bars, and basic trinkets shopping.

Cons
Before Covid, the staff was a bit more professional, helpful, had European charm. Today, Staff at the front desk are completely LOST, especially the lady at the night shift. Completely useless. Anything you ask her outside of a key, she doesn’t know how to do.

TV has one English Channel, mattress is not existing. Bathroom has two self made ventilations to prevent mold. One is the actual bathroom door that has been cut up, and the second is an angled plexiglass that leads to the hallway. In both variations, you actually know what the person is doing while waking through the hallway to your room. Very disturbing and unpleasant. Beach towels that the hotels provides (if you ask) are soooo old and dirty it’s embarrassing. Rooms have no phone, so you can’t even call downstairs to ask for anything. Hotel is located right next to 3 bars/restaurants that close around 3am on the weekend and around 1:30am or so on weekday. Good luck falling a sleep

3 star hotel with 2 star service!!!

Everything was wonderful. Very clean with special touches. Elena and Acu were extremely nice and helpful.
We will definitely be back
