La amabilidad y calidez del personal, la información brindada, la comida del restaurante, la ubicación.

Cons:

El edificio es muy antiguo y no estaba totalmente limpio alrededor de la cama, las almohadas tienen poco relleno y no se dispone de un basurero, solamente el que está en el sanitario. Por la ubicación de la habitación (frente al oficentro de plaza Alemania) era muy oscura y las luces muy tenues.

La cama era comoda. El baño tambien.
Tiene frigobar,que es muy útil.

Cons:

No tiene enchufes en los laterales ni cerca de la cama. Por lo que el celular tenes que enchufarlo lejos. En mi caso que lo uso de alarma,me resultó incómodo.

Bueno por la atencion y habitaciones ,lastima el zumbido
Pros:

El hotel esta bien ubicado sobre la rambla , quiero destacar la atencion de los muchachos que estaban en recepcion porque le trasmiti del ruido que habia afuera de la habitacion que no me dejaba dormir era un zunbido molesto y muy amabes me cambiaron a otra habitacion que habia menos ruido por.lo menos dormi un poco era el muchacho de la tarde y el relevo de la noche muy cordiales
