Facilitys were horeid. Water damaged. Items left from previour gusts. Dirty carpets, ac vents, leaking ceilings, dirty and worn dining furniture. Sparse supplies in kitchen.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a family or a business hotel in any way. I would give negative stars if I could. The hotel is beyond worn out. The room they gave me, 118, was full of mold and has some chemical cleaner in it and the hallway and everyone was coughing. Front desk rolled their eyes when I requested another room and location, but said they had no more rooms. From the short time there, it looks like the hotel is used by low income, unhoused, or migrants, as a means of a long term housing, as very large groups of people were entering or exiting the rooms at a time, very late at night.

Not a full roll or spare roll of tissue paper.l, no flatware in kitchen, carpet frayed and coming apart at seam between sitting area & kitchen, light out around vanity mirror above sink.

Place is filthy. Don’t walk, run!
Carpets are fraying, seat covers are worn, stove burners are disgusting. Fixtures are coming off the walls, Majority of light bulbs don't work, grime along baseboards, I don’t believe anything has been wiped down or washed in years. Everything you touch is sticky. Ceiling fans covered in lint.
Hilton should be ashamed and embarrassed to list this as one of their hotels. Worst one I’ve ever stayed at in my 30+ years of travel.

Everything was nice until I noticed roaches in my room. I didn’t have a appetite for the breakfast

The hotel is in a nice location. The hotel was clean at first sight

Cons:

Roaches!! My room was full of roaches. Thankfully the roaches weren’t in the bed that I know of. I definitely didn’t expect to see roaches for the enough of money I paid for my stay.

Pros:

The best thing about the stay was the check out

Cons:

We booked this hotel for the kitchen just to get there and it didn’t work, also we couldn’t get towels when needed no one would answer the phones the sink was stopped up in the bathroom and kitchen. It was just terrible

Deplorable Hotel Not fit to be servicing the public.
Pros:

Deplorable Hotel with roach infestation. I will be notifying the health department. I called several times to speak with the manager and she would not take my call. I will be emailing Corporate also. See attachments.

It thought it was a nice hotel and I liked the way it was setup. Would definitely recommend it.

Just thought it needed alittle extra cleaning. It wasn’t nasty but when we moved the table to let the sofa out it needed to be vacuumed.
