The tub/shower floor was soft and squishy as if water was trapped under it making the footing in there a bit dangerous. And after checkout, I walked to my truck and someone had lobbed a piece of cheesecake onto my windshield and cleaning it off made a smeared mess. The cleaning lady (mentioned above) loaned me some of her supplies to make it as clean as possible (so that's actually a plus). I don't blame the staff but it might be a message on the clientele you might meet there.

Room was dirty

I did not like anything about the hotel. It was late when we checked in or I would have went somewhere else. The room was dirty toilet had pee on it the sheets were covered in black marks. They moved us to a new room which was cleaner, but the door was bent and did not fully closed at the bottom. There were men drinking beer at the pool when the signed said closed and it smelled like someone smoking pot. Very Unhappy, the rooms need to be cleaned better and fixed.

Canceled as soon as I saw this and still waiting for refund since they charged me twice

Everything it didnt look like the pictures key card lept declining every night staff members took two days to bring covers so i had to go out and buy some.Not clean walked through the door it was bugs and smelled like weed and cigarettes. We put sheets on the bed for the cleaning people and on the last day staff members took two were like nothing was cleaned and we where not allowed back if anything i would love my money and time back but i told them that was perfectly fine and i will not be booking again

Smoke detector missing from the wall bracket in the room. No sausage or bacon provided, as it was at other Quality Inns we stayed at during our trip. Exterior generally shabby, and run down. Had to make a phone call to get someone to the front desk for check-out. Stingy with the in-room coffee pods.

There was bugs in the room and the tub could have been cleaned better

The TV didn’t work they didn’t have enough towels nothing is remodeled this is not a comfortable place to stay. This is just a stop and go.

Did not refund my deposit. I don’t know if it was booking.com or the facility but I paid 100 refundable deposit and I still have not received it

Toilet and showers were dirty they were stains on the comforter toilet was broke as well as refrigerator had to be moved to a second room where the tub was just as dirty, and there were still stains on the comforters

The room wasn’t clean and there were roaches.

Fixtures were all broken, seems unsafe, no hot water, bathroom was not clean, towels were dirty, and the electrical outlet was falling out of the socket.

A closed restaurant right on the property, looked like homeless folks all around and trash from the homeless and from the busy highway. Traffic in and out all night long.
