I will stay there every time I come to Naples now.
Pros:

It was exceptionally clean and the management was kind, engaged and interested in providing me with the best experience possible. It was delightful!

Pros:

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. Room was clean and location was great.

Cons:

Room smelled of old cigarette smoke - could tell that it had been a smoking room at one time in the past or someone had smoked in it.

Great stay
Pros:

Conveniently located very clean and the staff was superb. We stayed in an ADA room and it met all my boyfriend's needs. When he mentioned he needed a rubber mat in the tub they had it in our room when we returned from the baseball game.

Cons:

Not enough parking.

Windows that open! I love fresh air.
Pros:

We had a great stay here. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed mattresses were fantastic, we slept so well. It's an older building, but very well maintained. I love that the windows open, even if it's just a few inches. The window glass did have a bit of condensation between the panes but I'll trade that for fresh air any day.. Our room was quiet. Very convenient location, Desk staff very helpful. I wish they didn't was allow smoking by the pool, we did have strong pot and cigarette smell on the busy weekend days and that smell will drift into your room.

The breakfast pancakes in the pan was great

Dogs in cafe on the furniture
You best friend dogs does not have to sit on the chairs where other sir floor is a great place

Pros:

Convenient room, very good bed. Good parking availability, general accessibility to facilities ( Gym, Pool), clean and solid.

Cons:

It should be noted that the breakfast was not ok for 4-star hotel - very limited choice. It was not worth of the price - it definitely has a room for improvement.

Very fun and enjoyable felt like we stayed with family

Staff .... and very nice property...pool was very clean no complaints at all ...we already booked for December..to make our 3rd stay for this year
