Would recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice with a good choice, bedroom nice and clean with a comfy bed, pool deck good with a warm pool, excellent location.
The service and attention from Rach on the front desk was excellent she was so helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast male member of staff could have been a bit more accommodating.

Ein tolles Hotel, was wir absolut empfehlen können.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, hatte eine tolle Ausstattung und wurde täglich gereinigt, die Betten waren bequem. Außer das es im Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine gab und täglich neue Kaffeekapseln hingelegt wurden, konnte man sich in der Lobby den ganzen Tag kostenfreien Kaffee holen. Die angrenzende Sportsbar können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Super Essen, günstige Preise und total nettes Personal, wie auch im Hotel. Außerdem gibt es fußläufig noch mehrere andere Restaurants und Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

We stayed an overnight, then left at 4:30 am to fly home.
Cons:

I was a bit surprised to see that the building is really dated and old. However, the lobby looked decent and the staff were friendly.

Room was beautiful. Everyone was really nice. Great shuttle service. A little glitch with the shuttle, the hotel desk clerk told us no shuttle available when we called at 8:55 PM for a return shuttle from the Barbara Mann performing arts center. The shuttle driver told us as long as we called before 9 PM that he would come back and get us. Once I told the desk clerk this, then she checked, and he was available. Also to take the shuttle to the performing arts center, we were at our location to pick up the shuttle when we were told to, we told the front desk clerk that we were waiting for the shuttle and she said she contacted him and was waiting for him to get back to her. I turned around, and he was standing across the lobby from her. I think this needs a little more coordination. Other than that, everything there was beautiful, the room was immaculate, and everyone loved the cookies.

OK hotel but whether you sleep well depends on your neighbors
Pros:

The location is pretty good but the room walls are so thin that you can hear the people next door very easily and loudly

I never slept there. I left immediately.
Pros:

It was so bad I left the build within 30 minutes of arriving. My room smelled like chlorine and mold.
