Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. Please note that free parking is available for cars only, not for busses or lorries.

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Discounts are available for Lifestyle Fitness at reception for all guests.

The bed sheets were really thin and because it is winter, I was freezing all night and so were my friends. There was marks in our bath and all over the desks when we got here and there was poo in the toilet and bath. Also the breakfast was horrendous with the only barnacle things to be eaten was the cereal. There was also stand on my plate. The drinks only got refilled every 1hour. Not the nicest place. Not staying again.
Free car parking out the front, 1st come 1st served, clean inside, ignore feedback on here regarding dirty bedding, our bedding was clean and crisp and lovely ironed lines. The staff are very friendly and polite. Although we didn’t eat there, the menus looked lovely and the dining room big and clean

In was 5 minutes away from OVO arena
Air con unit in the room was blocking on side of the bed. The towel rail was hanging off the wall, and the toilet could have been flushed, but other than that it is what it is.
Check in was smooth and easy, everything was pointed out to you. Rooms weren't the Ritz but that wasn't what I paid for, clean and comfortable. Saw the cleaning staff on arrival beavering about who asked if there was anything else needed. I just want to take the time to highlight the main barman, there were lots of people as we were there for a concert and he dealt with everyone really well like they were the first customer he'd met in the day! Even upon arrival back he was welcoming, even with the people that were really drunk (not me!)
Overwhelmed first barman had someone come and help him when everyone piled in, he poured me half a glass of wine on asking for a large, not either of their faults but it took me pointing it out for him to correct him, please cross train your staff Wembley International!

Very dated hotel, key cards very temperamental, multiple visits to have keys reset. Noisy aircon unit, not very clean
Super close to wembley ovo arena for a concert we went to! Good value for money for when we booked.
Everything was clean but the rooms are rather dated and need a bit of a revamp so did look a bit unkept at first.
