Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. Please note that free parking is available for cars only, not for busses or lorries.

It was 2 minutes walk from the tube into London. A McDonald’s and Lidl around the corner which was handy for breakfast.
It wasn’t the cleanest and comfiest but didn’t expect that for the price we paid. Bed was sooo hard!
Location to Wembley was the only positive thing
Run down, dirty, stained bedding, springs poking through mattress, extremely heavy quilt, bad pillows. The star rating for this hotel is wrong, I've never stayed in a hotel that was so bad
Staff were friendly and approachable. Location next to Wembley stadium was ideal and a really short walk away. Easy to get to from the motorway.
Shower in the room didn't work. Staff didn't want to accept that there was an issue and this soured the experience. Rooms and main building looked tired too. Seats in reception could do with an update, there were ladders and other bits left lying around near the stairs and so would be better to have that not visible.
The bedside lights in particular are far too bright as is the bathroom light. The lighting needs to be softer.

Rooms are very dated and not very clean, the beds are very uncomfortable with springs popping and the quilt was very heavy with old stains and uncomfortable cheap pillows. This is not a 3* hotel and very disappointed

The hotel was expensive - the bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t get any sleep. The pillows were like bricks and I had to use a towel as a pillow.
The tv was so small you couldn’t see it from the bed. There was no drinking water in the room
