Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. The lifts gaps were too large which made it a trip hazard. The carpets also made it difficult to roll our bags. A bag trolley would have helped greatly.

That room is not clean properly and and he gave me the ninth floor my wife is pregnant. We told him but he didn’t recognise us and he gave me the ninth floor room so this is not good
Went without breakfast thought you got continental free but I booked booking.com and it's only if you book direct

It was well situated for our visit to wembly and the reception and restaurant staff where very friendly and professional and helpful. The room was basic but clean, although very very warm. We had odd pillows, even the pillowcases where not a match, but it was OK. There was free parking which is very useful. All told a good stay.

A great hotel, close to Wembley Park station and a short walk from OVO Wembley. The staff were so pleasant and allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than expected which was a lovely surprise after an early start. The room was exceptional value. Comfortable room and clean.
The decor is a bit outdated but purely cosmetic. We didn't get to try the food unfortunately.

Tap in bathroom was filthy. Not cleaned. Only one chair. Wardrobe full of extra bed and safe so hanging space limited. Not much tea coffee and especially milk. Should be decaf option for coffee aswell.
Great location near Wembley park tube. Very clean.
