Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. Please note that free parking is available for cars only, not for busses or lorries.

Idéal pour un événement au stade de Wembley mais attention a ne pas partir trop tard si ce jci il y a en a un et que vous n'y participez pas car vous ne pourrez pas vous garer au alentours ou a un un tarif a la journée d’au moins 40£

It was really convenient for Wembley stadium and the shopping outlet
The beds weren’t made well, they hadn’t been cleaned properly as there was a random man’s sock down the side of the bed and a used cotton bud sticking out from under the bed - both of which were not mine or my daughter’s!

We chose this hotel for its location as we were going to Wembley stadium for a concert. It was within 5 minutes walking distance and funny have to fight the crowds at the end of the night. The staff were friendly and the bar area was clean. The room was clean and tidy.
The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. There was a strong odour (cigarette smoke)in certain parts of the building. We stayed on the 8th floor and it was there. Stains visible on the carpets in some public areas.
The room is spacious and it has A/C. The staff are friendly. The hotel is in close proximity to Wembley Arena/ stadium. The location is superb and with free parking whilst staying in the hotel.
The bed was too firm and the shower was not hot enough. The hall smells old, and the decor needs updating.

It was tired and dirty. Pillow had hair on. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet wasn’t clean. Bed looked broken.
Safe didn’t work. Drawers hanging out of the dressing table.
Staff were ignorant.
Only reason we stayed was to attend a concert and couldn’t get any other venues.

Average hotel could do with some investment
On our arrival receptionist was smoking outside by the front door and there was really bad smell of smoke in the entrance hall. Staff were all hardly welcoming and not interested in checking us in. All decor including rooms is ver tired, outdated and in need of an upgrade. Most repairs consisted of gaffer tape, our bathroom radiator, reception sofas as well as rest of the furniture. Our bed mattress was very poor, hardly any springs in so it felt like sleeping on the solid wood planks. Outside environment was as bad, we had to drive in and out of car park across ripped bin liners and rubbish thrown everywhere. As much as i understand bins can get full it was lack of care to sort this out which i have issue with. Hotel car park was full of rubbish from overflowing bins and old disposed mattresses. Baring in mind we booked two rooms where each cost £300/night this hotel is very poor. Never again.
Only thing this hotel has going for it is how close it is to Wembley Stadium
The hotel is so out dated, its filthy, stains on walls, Carpets, even the blanket on the end of the bed had stains on it. I was actually afraid to get into the bed incase I caught something.

The room was not what I expected. Dust everywhere. Very dated and few things broken such as the lamp. PAT testing on kettle nearly 3 years outdated and filthy.
