Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and for 1 car per room booked only. Any additional cars are subject to the advance permission of the hotel and will then be charged at the daily parking rate. Parking is free and it is available only until departure time 11am. Please note that free parking is available for cars only, not for busses or lorries.
Guest are required to present photographic identification at check-in (such as a passport or an ID card).
Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Discounts are available for Lifestyle Fitness at reception for all guests.
For nonrefundable bookings made, for example for Wembley Event days, payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.

The room was slightly dated furniture and decor wise.
Great location. 5 minutes walk to Wembley stadium and Arena.
Decently priced bar/restaurant and a good selection.
The bed was VERY uncomfortable and firm. I like firm but that was too hard. It was also very creaky. Any time I moved it made a loud noise.
The TV was smaller than my arm.
The shower was FREEZING! Took forever to warm up.
Reception staff were lovely but the bar staff didn't seem to want to be there. Felt like a chore to serve.
Very close to the Ovo Arena. Not expensive.
Very tired looking. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and room was freezing in there morning. Only option for heat was an old air con unit that was very loud. Shower was more of a drizzle.

設備が考えられないほど古かった。タオル掛けが壊れていて危うくケガをするところだった。USBポートがなく充電に時間がかかった(フロントで行ってもらった)
Location was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were next door to each other which was perfect. It was very clean.
The whole hotel needs a refurb. The mattress was uncomfortable. No fan or air con in our room. The decor was out of date, holes in the curtains and no hairdryer.
It was close to where we was going for a show.
It’s a big hotel that needs a good cleaner and up date. The room is very dated but that wasn’t the problem. The pillows had head stains on ,very thin. The duvet when inspected was old with stains and should have been thrown out. Net curtains at window didn’t cover it. Roof in bathroom stained. When looking out the window there was several mattresses thrown out. The price is too good to be true. Should have known.

The hotel was filthy, I had to, sleep on floor, the plugs were full of mould and gunge. It was disgusting.

Good location for Wembley stadium and arena. Good car parking. Fair rates for the area. Good place for a lads weekend if you are going to a match or gig.
Showing its age. In need of refurbishment throughout. Bit dusty and grubby, although bed was clean enough. Not enough tea/coffee/milk. Shower was old and hanging off the wall, and no good for anyone over 5’6”. Telly was small and remote was held together with tape.
Needs fully refurbished to bring it up to modern standards. Not a place to take wife/girlfriend/family for a nice break.
