Overall, we had a good stay and found the hotel to be a comfortable and convenient choice.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for us since we were traveling by car. We also appreciated having a balcony.

Cons:

The hotel has a large outdoor area with a lot of potential, although during our visit in May it did not seem to be prepared for the season. The balcony was pleasant to have, but the artificial grass made it feel a bit cheap, and it would have been nice to have two chairs instead of one in the balcony, since it is double room.

Pros:

Such a fab hotel. Really well equipped, the room was massive. Such a comfy bed! Breakfast was great, staff super helpful. Loved the decor of the hotel. It’s a little outside the city but a quick walk to Perrache station. No noise whatsoever, couldn’t even hear noise from the hallway. Great value for money. The water bottle refill station is a great touch too. Casino shop right next door for any essentials.

La chambre supérieure. La climatisation. La propreté.

Cons:

Premier jour : pas d’eau chaude vers 16h, la réceptionniste m’explique que la chaudière a du mal à suivre. Les deux bondes (évier et baignoire) ne s’ouvraient pas. Obligée de les retirer pour vider l’eau. Petit déjeuner pas terrible : pan cakes élastiques, œufs brouillés en poudre, jus de fruits pas frais, boissons chaudes à la machine, mais surtout, viennoiseries mini congelées et vraiment pas bonnes. En France, on peut s’attendre à avoir des bonnes viennoiseries au beurre. Dommage…

Die Parkgebühren waren nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten, so dass wir überraschenderweise noch 23 Euro für eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage des Bahnhofs zahlen mussten.

The location which was very close to the tram was very convenient. Although the hotel is under reconstruction, it did not interfere with our stay. ( i. e. noise)

The outdoor area could’ve used a slight bit of updating. The indoor outdoor carpeting was a bit worn, and part of the furniture outside had no cushions.
