emplacement intéressant entre la gare de Perrache et Confluences. Chambre spacieuse, propre, avec une très bonne literie. Salle de bains pratique, et WC séparés.
hôtel dans son jus, déco années 80 à rafraîchir. pas de bouteille d'eau ni de frigo dans la chambre (mais une fontaine à eau au rez-de-chaussée). petit-déjeuner moyen pour un 4 étoiles (pas de yaourts ni de salade de fruits notamment). du coup, rapport qualité-prix un peu décevant au global.

- le sticker collé sur la table de table de nuit était tout décollé
- le petit déjeuner était frugal. Comme fruits frais il n'y avait que quelques pommes et les œufs n'étaient pas frais.
- il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité dans le sas d'entrée
- de plus nous n'étions pas prévenues via booking que l'hôtel est en travaux.
Tout cela en fonction du nombre d'étoiles décernées à l'hôtel : 4.
Did not feel at all like a budget option. It had absolutely everything required for an overnight stay. Currently undergoing refurbishment but we did not experience any discomfort. Very friendly and obliging staff. Good level of cleanliness .
Perhaps a better selection of teas and coffees as well as a cookie or two!
We appreciated the proximity to the metro station and the tram nearby. We loved that there was a filtered water station for refilling water bottles. The view was very nice from the 4th floor balcony in our room, and the room itself was very aesthetically pleasing. The front desk concierge was friendly and helpful. The design of hotel's architecture was pretty cool and was good to see that they were constructing and expanding the hotel during our stay.
The elevator is quite small, and we didn't like the door after the opening elevator doors that you had to push to get off the elevator as it was a bit heavy and inconvenient when you had multiple bags to pull out.
The A/C needs ALOT of work. Our initial room on the seventh floor was a boiling 27.5 degrees Celsius which in the U.S. is equivalent to 81.5 degrees Fahrenheit! We were told that the A/C would catch up and it's due to the hot outside temperature...it did NOT catch up.
Needless to say, a call was made to the front desk to investigate and after the investigation, the room's curtains to the balcony were shut, thermostat was lowered to 10 degrees and still no improvement. At this point, we ended up getting changed to the fourth floor room which was only about a 2.5 degrees difference on the thermostat.
The other issue we noted was the bathroom. The tub height was too high to enter which is a hazard for people with impairments. The shower door was inadequate to prevent water from leaking out the tub from the flexible shower head, and additionally, the positioning of the tub spout and knobs are a good way to bang your legs if you move incorrectly in the tub.

De var i gang med renovering, uden det stod nogen steder.
Desværre var croissanter og kaffen ikke så gode, og brød lørdag morgen var meget tørt, som det var fra dagen før
Das Personal hat sich wirklich bemüht alles für den Kunden zu erledigen. Hotel ist im Umbau nicht schön.
Das uns das Hotel vorher nicht rechtzeitig Bescheid gegeben hat,dass das Hotel eine Baustelle ist.Fanden wir nicht gut.Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer im siebten Stock gegeben und nicht noch im zweiten Stock ( Baulärm) weiter zu sein.Da man leider keinen bei Booking.com erreichen konnte und man sich auch nicht gemeldet hat ( Rückruf) haben wir es selber erledigen. Hilfe von euch(Booking.com) da hätten wir uns gefreut.
