Penso che pubblicizzarlo come hotel a 4 stelle sia decisamente eccessivo. Nel complesso la struttura è tenuta abbastanza male, non è pulita (soprattutto le aree comuni, con presenza di cattivi odori nei corridoi e sulle scale/ascensore delle camere). In più, i lavori in corso nell'hotel rendono davvero poco piacevole il soggiorno in termini di accoglienza della struttura. La camera è abbastanza diversa da come appare nelle foto. In generale la qualità è bassa. Colazione tutto sommato nella norma, ma di certo non quello che ci si aspetta per un hotel a 4 stelle. Non penso che consiglierei questo hotel, ci sono sicuramente opzioni molto più valide

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στη στάση του τραμ και του μετρό (2 στάσεις απ' το κέντρο).
Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό.
Τις ημέρες που μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο γίνονταν εργασίες ανακαίνισης.
Η αυλή του ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη λόγω των εργασιών.
Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο.
Tutto. Stanza bella grande e bellissima. Accoglienza ottima. Parcheggio al coperto vicino l'hotel pagato regolarmente sul sito prima di partire.
Poca scelta a colazione e non mi è piaciuto che il water e la vasca fossero in due stanze diverse.Prezzo del parcheggio molto molto caro per 3 gg
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Frühstückssaal befindet sich im Untergeschoss. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im siebten Stock mit Blick auf die Kirche. Das waren sehr angenehme Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Der Flur ist tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen und aktuell wird einiges im Haus renoviert. Das hat zumindest unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Alles in allem haben wir uns für die zwei Nächte wohlgefühlt.
L'hotel è bello e dotato di ogni comfort, ma è in ristrutturazione. Forse sarebbe meglio avvisare i clienti. Abbiamo avuto anche una perdita d'acqua in camera.
Notre chambre située au 6°étage, ouverte par une grande baie vitrée qui nous offrait le spectacle d'un grand parque arboré surmonté d'une église.
Sans dire la litière de grand qualité. Repos garantie.
Ils font de rénovations, cela ne dérange en rien le sejour, juste surprenant lorsque on arrive.

El hotel estaba en obras (áreas comunes, hall,...lleno de plásticos, polvo y ruido) y no fuimos advertidos previamente ni por la plataforma de booking ni por el hotel. Cuidado con la reserva en el parking que te ofrece el hotel. Reservamos dia y medio de parking y nos cobraron más a la salida del garaje por lo que tuvimos que reclamarlo. Habitacion doble superior mal iluminada, no muy limpia y envejecida, además no tiene nevera. Es inapropiado que un hotel de 4 estrellas no informe que están en obras en las zonas de acceso, ascensores, pasillos,.... gran decepción con la plataforma booking también por no informar ni contestar a mi reclamación

The room was ok but not very clean
No room service. Some of the staff were unhelpful. In the morning as we were checking out I asked for ice, the receptionist lead me to the kitchen and showed me to were the ice was stored when I asked for a cup to scoop the ice she said they don’t have one so I had to scoop the ice with my hands! That ice will probably be used to serve drinks to other customers, deplorable service and sanitation conditions
