Pros:

O hotel é muito limpo e confortavel com quartos grandes . Não fica exatamente no centro , mas nada mais que uma caminhada de uns 20 minutos, e caso prefira o tran esta mesmo à porta. Recomendo.

tutto stupendo, la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia generale
tutto funzionava perfettamente
la hall garantiva diverse cose di svago da fare la sera se si era stanchi, ed e’ a 2 minuti dal Tram e a 5 dalla metro quindi comodissima anche per gli spostamenti

La literie (matelas confortable), situation géographique

Cons:

1. Saleté sous le lit
2. Rideaux tachés (peinture et substances inconnues) et troués (cigarette), branlants
3. Impacts et traces de substances sur les murs
4. Portes d'entrée et salle de bains qui ferment mal
5. Fenêtre sur balcon qui ne ferme pas, pas de séparation suffisante avec les balcons voisins (manque de sécurité notable)
6. Mobilier défectueux: table basse abîmée, branlante, pouf taché par des substances inconnues, canapé instable quand on s'assoit, tables de chevet usées +++ peinture qui s'écaille
7. Espace insuffisant entre la porte et les toilettes: genoux qui touchent la porte. On ne peut pas s'asseoir confortablement et fermer la porte.
8. Peinture au plafond abîmée: fuite?
9. Accueil de nuit très approximatif, nous a laissé trouver notre chambre seule
10. Parties communes extérieures vétustes, mobilier vetuste
11. Salle de bain: faïence cassée et traces de substances inconnues sur les murs
