A lovely place and a great experience overall.
Pros:

Very nice garden, clear pool, quite calm during the day. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the morning.

Cons:

A bit noisy at night. The restaurant was closed most of our stay despite the sign remaining outside, and it had very limited capacity, so we didn’t try it.

Some days it can take awhile for the solar to heat up the shower, but at least it gets hot after awhile.

Overall ambiance is great. The staff is quiet and friendly, the other guests at the hotel are all quiet and respectful, the hot tub is a great plus, plenty of onsite parking, our balcony was spacious with a nice view, and I like that they have an onsite restaurant for convenience.

Cons:

The lock and key for our room didn't work well, requires a lot of "jimmying". This was the same situation as the last time we stayed here a year prior so it's a bit of a bummer that they still haven't gotten better functioning locks. Also, while the food at the restaurant is great, their hours aren't the best.

Pros:

The setting and grounds were beautiful. Pool and hot tub very nice. We had dinner at the Thai restaurant onsite and it was really good and reasonable price. Staff was great. Breakfast cafe next door was very good!

Cons:

No elevator so taking luggage to 3rd floor was challenging but doable.

Servicio, limpieza, tranquilidad, la comida de Ode to the Elephants muy Buena. La piscina excellente. 3ra vez que me alojo alli. Y seguiran mas.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, excelente.

Cons:

El restaurante (la comida Tailandesa) no es de nuestro gusto, y que no sirven desayuno había que salir afuera. Me hubiese gustado más disfrutar allí.
