Luxemon Hotel（Pudong Shanghai）

We ended up getting upgraded to an executive suite! Awesome location!

ネット環境が悪いと思います。すぐ切れます。

The room smelled mouldy. Furniture was all rotten and chipped, no iron in the room. Worst of all, the a/c would shut off in the nite.

I only stayed for the afternoon as my visa was denied and I couldn't stay longer. But I had a shower and a nap amd the hospitality was quite good. Great location if you are an NYU Shanghai parent

チェックインの際、デポジットを要求されたので
1500元カードを切った。
同じ日に宿泊した姉は、
デポジットは300元だった。
なんで？？？？？？
どちらも同じカテゴリーの部屋（エグゼクティブスイートだったかな。。）で、
姉から、ホテルに、近くの部屋でと
リクエストを入れていたにもかかわらず、
部屋は36階と18階。
36階はいちおうクラブフロアーとエレベーターに記載あり。
エレベーターもセキュリティ一付き。
あきらかに違うカテゴリーの部屋だった。
不便なので、同じ階に変えてもらったので、
18階にしてもらったけど、
姉の部屋はとても広くなって、快適そうだったが。
同じ値段で、同じカテゴリーを予約してるのに
この差は何だ？？
さらに、チェックアウトの際、
｢支払いは済んでます｣の一点張りで、
カードをマイナスで切ってくれない。
？？？
デポジットの分、返してくださいよ。
宿泊代は予約時に支払い済み。
別の方に説明したら、ちゃんと返してくれましたが
チェックアウト担当の子が、わかって無さすぎ。
1500元のデポジット返ってこなかったら
かなりビックリですが？？？

部屋は設備は古いものの清潔で問題なかったけど、
ソフト面で、非常に残念。
不愉快極まりない感じでした。
安いし仕方ないのかな。
お友達の家のすぐそばなので
また利用するかもしれませんが、
改善してほしいです。

あと！毎朝体重測るのが習慣なのに、
部屋にスケールなかった。。
荷物の重さ測りたい人もいらっしゃるでしょうに…

The property was walking distance to my business venue. The front office manager had attitude problems.

전반적으로 만족했습니다. 지하철 2호선을 탈수 있어서 다니기에는 편리했지만 체크인.아웃 할때 여행 캐리어를 끌고 다니기에는 도로도 울퉁불퉁 하고 조금 먼 감이 있었습니다. 어중간히 가까워서 택시를 콜할 수도 없었네요

깔끔하니 좋고 아쉬운 점은 지하철이랑 가깝긴한데 걸어가기엔 먼가 조금 멀었던 거리ㅋㅋ 그래도 고풍스럽고 깔끔했음

Room is showing its age. Bathroom fixtures loose and shower head also loose and leaking.

This hotel is super close to NYU Shanghai. If you're visiting someone at the school, then this is the place to stay. There are street food vendors close by (yummy food), and a Family Mart just a short walk away. The Metro is about a 10 minute walk.

Staff in the front desk can’t speak english. Very hard to communicate w/ them esp. if you need something or if your need some information. We had a hard time looking for the airport transfer driver we booked directly from the concierge of the hotel.

Because there were a big group booking, I end up got a free upgrade to the executive floor. Walking distance to Lujiazui Financial district and subway station. New York University Shanghai Campus and Shanghai Future Exchange Center are just across the street from the hotel.

1층 평양고려식당 끝내줌. 현지식을 먹고 싶다면 5분 정도 걸어서 세기대로옆 골목의 식당을 즐기도록
암튼 가성비킹.

I stayed 3 nights and paid for 3 night. (Mar. 25~28) when ckeck out. Later, I found out they charged 4 nights by not cancelling deposit of 1 night fee. I called to correct this but they said 'Call later, we are busy now'. It is really terrible!!

跟同事一起去的,同事先走给预约去龙阳站的出租车,商务部早上打电话说没有去龙阳路的出租车,感觉一楼的商务部那几个小子就是跟出租车穿通好了骗住客钱的,今天同事告诉我去浦东机场要他450元,这不是穿通骗钱吗?
我让商务部帮忙发个快递,正常价格30,要我45,叫的中通,以前发过更重的也没有这价.
还有4星的酒店不给配雨伞,一定要在一楼扫码租雨伞,这服务太差了.以后大家不要再去住了.

シャワー室にも石鹸があれば良かったと思います。

①WiFiがつながらない。つながっても異様に遅い
②タクシーは手配するものの、一般料金の2倍を要求される。
