Pros:

Very much in the center

Cons:

Quite expensive for what you get
No closet or storage cabinet for clothing. More than one night stay would be complicated - you have to live out of your suitcase. Other rooms might be better equipped. This concerns room 303

Had a nice stay and yet a bad customer experience

Good location and quality for money

Cons:

Bad customer experience. Wanted to extend my stay and instead of just extending the existing reservation Booking.com created an extra booking without cancelling the previous one. Eventually the hotel said I did not check in for the first booking while I was already in the hotel! Neither Booking.com nor the hotel showed any willingness to fix the issue. I lost $1,000. I am very disappointed.
