Breakfast! Waffles were great!
I was in room 301 and it was disgusting! Dog hairs all over! Stains on sofa!
The main reason for my low score is purely because of the dog hairs! It has laminated flooring throughout and the dog hairs were everywhere! It’s that bad that the bed sheets also had hairs on them maybe from touching the floor when being made up!
I cleaned floors myself with baby wipes and this still didn’t get it that clean! I walked round in shoes constantly to avoid picking up dog hair on socks or feet! I even slept on top of bed sheets all night!
I wouldn’t have booked knowing that pets stay in rooms!
Good job we don’t have allergies to pet hair!

This is a very comfortable room with a panoramic view of the bay and a king-size bed. I love it!
The breakfast was better than expected! The room was spacious and clean, but the AC unit made an awful rattle sound.
The fitness room was a bit spare. The AC unit was very loud.
The room was nice and spacious. A decent variety for breakfast options. A fair number of options for television viewing. Quiet location, away from traffic.
We expected housekeeping but that did not happen. If we had known this we would have made our bed before leaving for the day. Perhaps we did not read some fineprint. Thankfully, there was an extra set of towels in the bathroom.

I was without hot water during my stay. The hotel manager didn’t seem to care. Yes, maintenance came and tried, but to no avail. I called the hotel after checkout, and the manager never called me back. No one would be okay with a hotel stay with no hot water. I called corporate.
