Pros:

Clean and welcoming. All staff friendly from check in to maids and maintenance staff. Kids loved the pool and breakfast.

Great Location and away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater
Pros:

Chose this hotel because it was away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Great location across the street from the water and a great walking park. The hotel room was clean. The beds were ok. The breakfast was typical comfort suite buffet, which we like. The staff super friendly. Love the location to Dunedin.

The location was excellent being right on the Sound and not too far to our concert venue. Also, the warm chocolate chip cookies were a big hit.

The price was more than we usually pay, but it was Spring break.

Ideal for a few days!
Pros:

Facilities were adequate for what we needed. We paid extra for a lake view room and it was a huge room with 2 windows. Breakfast had a good few options. Most reasonable priced hotel in the area! Staff were lovely!

Pros:

Relaxed vibe. Great parking. Very helpful staff and wonderful spacious room. Generous breakfast. Overlooking the bay

Cons:

Reception was surprisingly small. Cutlery was useless. WiFi not great in our room.

Great hotel / great location
Pros:

We wanted to visit Dunedin - this hotel was perfect. The room was clean, huge and comfortable. It was a great home-base for the two days we were there. If we go back we'll definitely stay here again. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
