Disappointed and overcharged- never again

Location and walking across the street to view the sunset.

Cons:

This is the most unfriendly “pet friendly” place. You pay extra for a pet under 25 lbs and cannot leave them in your room, be at the pool, take them to breakfast. What do you get for the $75 fee? We were above the carport entrance and the lights came thru the window all night long. The front desk ladies were no where near friendly any of the times we walked thru the door. Head down or looking at the computer. “Hope you enjoyed your stay”. was the longest sentence the was spoken. I read reviews prior to booking, perhaps they were created and not by true guests. The room was nice, but what’s with the furnishings in the living room side. No pillows on the couch and the tv sat on an empty leftover unit that looked like an unfinished, undecorated space. It felt like an afterthought or storage unit. You echoed when you spoke and it felt unwelcoming and cold. Maybe add some paper towels in the kitchen with some dish soap.

Great Location and away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater
Pros:

Chose this hotel because it was away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Great location across the street from the water and a great walking park. The hotel room was clean. The beds were ok. The breakfast was typical comfort suite buffet, which we like. The staff super friendly. Love the location to Dunedin.

The location was excellent being right on the Sound and not too far to our concert venue. Also, the warm chocolate chip cookies were a big hit.

Ideal for a few days!
Pros:

Facilities were adequate for what we needed. We paid extra for a lake view room and it was a huge room with 2 windows. Breakfast had a good few options. Most reasonable priced hotel in the area! Staff were lovely!
