Lots of space for a family of two adults and 5 young children. We loved that there was a kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for all our meals. Also a nice big fridge and freezer. The pull out sofa bed was extremely comfortable and there were extra pillows and bedding which was great. The bathroom was nice and always had hot water. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub/steam room/sauna. The location was great and at a quiet end of town with a short walk to the shops and restaurants - was always plenty of parking outside also. Awesome black out curtains also!
Although we had a kitchen we were a little disappointed that there was no oven (just a microwave/convection oven combo). Also it was stocked with very basic items and not enough items for all six of us in our family (only four large plates - we needed 6!), there was also a lack of cooking utensils - we had a spatula, ladle, and potato masher - but no large serving/wooden spoon to cook with or serve with. It was stocked with a really good cheese grater, frying pan, and saucepans though. And a great glass dish for the microwave.
I booked a room with a jet tub, and it was amazing. The staff in the restaurant were great! I have dietary restrictions and they got all the answers for me on what I could and could not eat.
I don't have anything to say.
Good location, we had a room with a kitchen which was ideal for our 2 night stay.
We are told when we arrived that the pool was closed for the duration of our stay. It would have been nice to have this information before we arrived.
To start with I thought it looked a bit dated but the carpets are new and all freshly painted. The beds were comfy, there was a fan, kettle, hairdryer, ironing board/iron, fridge, safe & toiletries in the room. It is at the far end of town so all restaurants are a walk but this is nice. The hotel does have a restaurant but it is shut Sunday/Monday evenings. The pool/hot tub area is really nice with a sauna and steam room. Towels there to use. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The Elk come into town in the evening. The Marmot Basin is ace for skiing!
I really liked this hotel and would stay again when in Jasper.
The rooms were a little dated but to be expected given the price
Pool & hot tub
Too many people, but this was during spring break
The onsite restaurant was a great option
No outdoor hot tub. Unsupervised children in the pool
The 3 single beds upstairs were perfect for my 3 kids & so was the private room for the adults. The suite is newly renovated & charming. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed & it even had a strainer (most places don't).We were able make our regular sphaghetti. The suite had alot of storage. It has a high enough wall railing in the second floor (were the 3 kids beds are) for added safety & so did the balcony. It has a steam room, sauna, pool & hot tub.
I would replace the cutting board. The plastic sheet cutting board is functional, but a wooden one would enhance the "cabin like" feel the suite provided.
Pool, sauna, hot tub
A simple continental breakfast included would have been appreciated; the breakfast buffet at the restaurant was expensive and more than we needed.
hot tub, pool and saunas, comfy beds
no smart tv, only cable tv, breakfast was uninspired
