Perfect weekend getaway!
Pros:

The location was amazing! So close to mainstream and all the amenities.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable.
The restaurant was excellent. Good food, great service.
The housekeeping staff were all friendly.
Super clean.

Cons:

The view from our bottom suite was not very nice.

Good Hotel for a good Price
Pros:

Good Hotel for a very good Rate. We stayed in an Executive Suite. A very large Room with a good Interior. Had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Short walk to Jasper "Downtown". The staff was super friendly.
We can recommend this hotel.

Our fave hotel in Jasper
Pros:

We always stay here when in Jasper. Mid week the parking is easy. The rooms are always comfortable and the food at the Inn Grill is very good.
This visit our room was smelly. You could tell it was smoked in and fragranced products used to try to mask it. Will still stay here in the future.

A lovely room with exceptional staff.

Good value for Jasper and easy walk to centre of town
Pros:

Accommodation in Jasper is expensive. There are limited rooms as the destruction of the wildfire of 2024 continues to impact the area. In this context Jasper Inn and Suites offers reasonable value.
There is adequate parking near the rooms. Two floors and no lift. Various types of room. Views across town to the mountains. An easy level walk to the city centre with a range of shops and eateries.
Dated decor but clean and organised. Comfortable beds. Towels and bedding soft and clean. Shower room had plenty of hot water and adequate toiletries.
The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were clean but were crowded and noisy at times. Restaurant served a range of evening meals and a good cooked breakfast. Limited vegetarian options available.
Service friendly and efficient.

Pool experience
Pros:

We loved having the pool for the kids but were disappointed that a hockey team was able to take over the pool one day and make is scary for our younger children to go in. They were so loud and didnt seem to have any adults who would speak to them regarding their behaviour. I spoke to them and they got a little quieter.

Muy buena estadia
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, todo muy limpio.
Las camas no tan comodas, creo que los colchones necesitan un cambio. Almohadas perfectas.
La atencion muy buena. Los chicos de limpieza de habitaciones muy amables todos.
Pileta muy buena. Caliente el yacuzzi.
Desayuno no probe.
Resto muy agradable, rica comida mismos precios que en los resto del centro.
