A good base to explore
Pros:

Good location in centre of Jasper. Our room was very good. Staff all helpful. We didn’t try the insight restaurant so can’t comment

Die Lage im Ort war Toll und das Restaurant gut.

Cons:

Leider waren es deutliche Kleinigkeiten, die das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis nicht wieder spiegelten.
- Die Betten sehr klein und weich.
- Im Bad kaum Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen und allgemein klein.
- Das Wifi mit <1mbit/s quasi nicht vorhanden
- Zimmer waren nicht sauber und sind sehr hellhörig.
- Vor dem Zimmer mit laufendem Motor stehenden Reisebusse waren leider auch hier obligatorisch.

Great experience at Jasper Inn & Suites
Pros:

One of the good properties with excellent customer service in Jasper Banff. Everything was just perfect, clean rooms, swimming pool etc. with ample of car parking space. Good Job guys!

Pros:

Tired property stuck in 1975. Had to lug heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs to our room (no lift). Then to find our bedroom up another set of stairs.
Accom. not suitable for elderly or anyone with any health concerns. Wheelchair access - forget it.
Expensive and most disspointing stay in Canada. It is a shame because we absolutely loved Canada !!

Expensive for what you get.
Pros:

This is a decent hotel for families if you bring your own breakfast food. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the main attraction. It is generally clean (staff are constantly cleaning rooms and washing bedding in plain sight). The "oven" listed for the kitchenette is actually a convection microwave, and it worked well. The beds are adequately comfortable, but could be better.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is $22/adult (slightly cheaper for children under 14), and isn't much better than free breakfasts at other hotels. Parking is limited and crowded. There is no elevator access to second floor rooms: stairs only. The hotel is dark & dated, and room views are mostly of parking or other buildings. The room temperature is not easily adjustable: too cold during the day and too warm at night. The unit is not sound-proof, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The loft-style rooms have a steep, narrow staircase to the second floor. The CO detector in the livingroom area shot a white beam at regular intervals throughout the night. Water for showers or the kitchen sink must run a long while before it is warm. There is no dishwasher, and inadequate meal seating or cutlery for a family of four. Units have a wood burning fireplace, but it seems doubtful that many people would use it.

One of the nicest places to stay in Jasper, within easy walking distance of downtown
