Pros:

Our room was exceptional, a lovely spacious suite with a flame fire. a balcony with views of the mountain and the bedroom up in the tower with yellow aspen trees right outside the window.

Good location, easy short walk to town
Pros:

Check in was easy and efficient and as there is no lift at the property we were offerd assistance with our luggage which we gratefully accepted! The room was larger and much nicer than we'd expected and was spotlessly clean, having a good view from the balcony over the gardens and to the mountains.
The hotel restaurant offers good value and choice of menu and service was friendly and efficient.

Great facilities as expected from a mountain holiday village. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home.

Cons:

The design of the rooms shows its age due to lack of thoughtfulness. For example, power plugs were not available near the beds. The 2nd bedroom was quite dark as there are no ceiling lamps (only bedside lamps).

The weirdest thing was the shower. Bar soap was provided instead of shower gel but there was no soap holder in the shower so I had to leave the soap on the floor.

Cons:

Fridge is small. There was a knocking noise in the walls that I am pretty sure was the pipes from the unit above whenever they flushed the toilet or showered. Did not cause us any issues at night thankfully. I did tell reception about this and they were going to investigate.

Cons:

Quarto não é confortável. Cama muito mole, travesseiros sem qualidade. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Não oferecem café da manhã incluído e o café pago no restaurante é absurdamente ruim: café queimado, não tem nem suco, pães e pastries velhos e péssimo atendimento. Mas o pior de tudo: levaram 10 dias para devolver o depósito de CAD 100 e só devolveram depois que reclamei pelo booking. Nem respondiam às minhas mensagens.
