Very disappointing
Pros:

Being central to the CBD

Cons:

The cleanliness!! Masses of hair in the shower drain that had been not been cleaned properly for a long time. The drain stank and it was smelt throughout the whole room

Putrid and spent more worried about toxi mould exposure then enjoying the place.

Next nothing except it was close to Newcastle city

Cons:

Would have to say, while placed well in Newcastle and close to a lot of things. This place is basically a biological hazed. Humid and riddled with mould, carpets are sticky and moist with mould patches in places. Had booked in 4 guests between 3 floors and every floor I went to see my friends was essentially a clone of the putridness on the other floors. Place is being used as temporary accommodation, which is fine. But as a result, there is a number of unpleasant characters who have no qualm making normal guest uncomfortable with their behavior. Aircons do not work, or are as loud as can be with the addition to looking like they also havnt been cleaned since installed. 1 of the guests I had booked in also had personal items removed from his room by housekeeping, which took just under a day to be returned after following up with reception.
