For the price it's very good value for money.
Pros:

bed was very comfy, staff very friendly and obliging

Cons:

breakfast needs to be monitored better. Things weren't topped up or replaced as often as they should be. Parking should be included as only a boom gate separates parking areas. $25 is a bit of a rort when it's not undercover.

Pros:

Friendky staff and clean tidy rooms

Cons:

Paying $25 for breakfast which was quiet poor no great variety for breakfast
On occasion I didnt want much for breakfast so I had to pay $10 just for 2 pieces of toast and a cup of tea
And not having a microwave in room

Good stay and easily for me to go to where We need to be for our appoitment.

Value for money with friendly staff.
Pros:

The matress was firm and the water was hot. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom (apart from some mold on the seals of the shower).

Cons:

Having to pay for parking.
