The staff was great very helpful very clean motel
Pros:

The staff was great went above and beyond making me happy

Cons:

I didn’t like meals they were like pub meals i was hoping to have meat and vegetables and my cocktail I paid for had no alcohol its was juice and ice and breakfast was all gone when i arrived at 9am and the bathroom had a step which wasn’t good for disability person

Comfortable bed, tired facilities.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Facilities are old and dirty looking. Rooms were not made up. The coffee / tea in room had not been topped up.

Overall it did the job. Bed and proximity were perfect.
Pros:

Cons:

1 bedlamp not working
Not 1 of all Detol sprays at lift wells were working.
Main area not cleaned (mainly wall meeting floor)
Didn't realise parking was an extra. It wasn't the last time we visited (maybe I should have checked first)

Excellent CBD location with suitable facilities and professional staff.
Pros:

The female manager on Saturday night promptly and thoughtfully provided me with a bed blanket upon request.
