Cons:

I stayed in room 107. There was hair in the bathroom and it was really dirty under the beds. You can tell that they haven’t cleaned there for some time

Pros:

It is kind of close to the highway

Cons:

It was right next to the banquet hall, and a wedding was there, kids playing and screaming right next to my window, that should have been given to the wedding party, not one night guest, driving the next morning.

Also I am not sure if the place is dirty or outdated, wasn't as clean as I would expected it should be.

Disappointing as sunny the morning I left but could not delay departure

Weather was heavy rain & storms so confined to hotel, which was not the intention for being there. I did not bother with dinner.

Amazing service from amazing personnel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Full of smiles and courteous. Felt like a home away from home. From the front desk to the breakfast and dinner staff, everyone was simply amazing human beings. Thank you so much.

We never ended up staying there as when we checked in we discovered that it was incorrectly advertised, the bed description was 2 large beds in the room only to find it was 2 normal size double beds which is too small for the 4 adults travelling, we argued the fact that the add was misleading. They couldn’t accommodate us for 2 large beds so we had to look for alternative accommodation for the night, so when booking, double check your bed size if that is important to you.
