Pros:

The location

Cons:

I asked for 2 single beds but then the beds were made as if it's 2 people sharing the same bed.
Why didn't they provide bedding utensils for each bed
And the noise from the neighbors wherever they were coming back from wherever they came from in the early hours
I tried to change the venue to Kimberly but you didn't respond to my emails

Awful and we will never stay in a Protea again.
Pros:

It was close to the N1 highway and had hot water. The front of house staff were friendly.

Cons:

No shower gel or shampoo in room, food was disgusting, both meals were really disappointing.

Good stay, great breakfast
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly staff. A decent room, with everything I needed. The location was also great, as it was very close to the university.

Cons:

The room was very close to the bar/reception area, and a lot of noise was coming through from there.

Pros:

I wish they had a mini bar fridge in the room but I have no complaints. Rooms were clean. Room service was great and their staff were friendly especially the males - very friendly and helpful.

Great stay
Pros:

The service, friendly staff, lovely room.

Cons:

The TV offerings weren't great, especially because we couldn't tune in to the other DMX channels to listen to music channels.

They accommodated early check-in, it was really appreciated.

Cons:

A modest 4-star hotel. The breakfast was substandard and disappointing for a hotel in this category. There was no mini-fridge in the room and no gym on the property. Overall, the facilities felt quite basic for a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

Location ,staff and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel is dated,bathrooms need updating. The towels and pillows definitely need to be replaced. Towels are grey in colour and pillows were vet lumpy
