Pros:

Location ,staff and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel is dated,bathrooms need updating. The towels and pillows definitely need to be replaced. Towels are grey in colour and pillows were vet lumpy

Pros:

Beautiful hotel nice food and bar. Room was nice and big. Staff was really friendly and helpful very good service

Cons:

The bar fridge was empty. The TV system is outdated no DStv premier channels and no access to streaming apps.

Pros:

The staff professionalism

Cons:

Rooms are not well cleaned. Towel are old and dry. And they don’t contain the noise. There is lot of noise from other guests and they don’t attend to it until there is a complaint.
