Worst experience I've ever had at a motel. Surprise $60 deposit. The room has never been cleaned. Shower head broken and the door lock is broken.

It was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. It looks like a trap house.
This is the worst motel in this hotel chain.
When you stay in motels, you kind of know what to expect — but this was beyond anything reasonable. The smell hit us the second we opened the door, and it was horrible. People weren’t kidding in the reviews — it literally smells like a dog shelter. The room reeked of urine so badly it was almost unbearable. I wish cameras could capture smells, because this one would make you sick.
We checked in and left right away. Unfortunately, we got there after 10 p.m. when all the staff had already gone home, so there was no one to talk to. The beds had clearly been used, trash was still in the bins, and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. We were shocked.
Thankfully, we always travel with our own bedding — otherwise I don’t even know what we would’ve done. The bed was just made over after someone else used it; there were hairs all over the sheets. The neighborhood is awful too.
The “kitchen” area was just as bad. The microwave looked so disgusting that we didn’t even dare to heat our food in it.
If you can, spend a little more money and time — you can easily find something way better. We only booked this place because of the big fridge and kitchen, and we deeply regret it.
The staff is super amazing especially 2 of the front desk peoples but overall great team
Front desk staff is amazing
Bare minimum room, not well cleaned, mold in the bathroom and horrible water pressure. The surrounding area did not look at all safe. The pool was partially full with dirty green water and the landscape wasn’t maintained. There isn’t an employee there available overnight, they have limited office hours.
Room space is good with kitchen space. You can do cooking as well.
Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. My tv was broken, I wasn’t told when I checked in that I needed to request the dinnerware and cookware that it said came with the full kitchen. I went down to the desk to ask for something, stood for several minutes with no way to reach anybody and nobody coming out. I called down from my room with no answer, and even called on my cell phone with no answer. The place smelled old and musty, with old carpet that had spots all over. It was bad enough that I didn’t stay!
The parking place is very dirty
Do not stay here if you have children!!!!! Hookers everywhere. Luckily, they seem to use motel as a place to clean up in-between "jobs"
This motel is poorly maintained!! Said pool was under construction, nope. Absolutely disgusting.
I got a kitchenette with no dishes, no pots or pans, no silverwear. Nothing but one mug and a mini coffeepot.
AC was onlything that was as it was advertised.
I highly recommend NOT STAYING HERE!!!
1. THERE WAS FIREALARM AT 5AM- FIREMEN WITH AXES RUNNING AROUND WHO TOLD ME TO TAKE MY SON AND GO SOMEWHERE SAFE!
2. THERE WAS SOMEONE WHO OVERDOSED AND DIED THERE THE SAME MORNING.
The staff has been very helpful the front desk guys are great and the owner is very nice as well. The property isn’t bad it’s upgraded, washing facilities is scarce and you gotta catch it at the right time to use it, every so often you get a few wanderers being curious I guess but security comes thru at night and usually handles that issue .
