This hotel is my go to place to stay. There are fancier places but few with such a good location.

Perfekt beliggenhet, men egen inngang til BTS (skyTrain)
God og omfattende frokost, trimrom og to basseng. Hyggelige ansatte.

Cons:

Kaffekopper på rommet, men ikke noe kaffe. Kokende vann må mann hente i gangen.

communication was extremely difficult

good size rooms and bathroom, very clean and comfortable, close to everything

Cons:

staff could not understand English, only 1 porter could speak English. informed after we paid that there was no hot water, had to wait for a written english explanation that it was only for the last day of our stay, I would suggest 1 reservation desk staff should be able to speak English. we were about to ask for a refund and to search for another hotel. thai Restaurant downstairs, before ordering I asked to confirm that the meal came with rice or vegetables. Waitress nodded. but meal was just meat. When I questioned the meal, she pointed to the numbered meal as if to say that's what we ordered. Tried to order some ice to take up to our rooms, my husband has sore knees, barman did not understand the word 'ice'. maybe an icecube tray in the freezer could overcome this

Perfect transportation location, great sleep.

Excellent buffet breakfast
Nice central swimming pool.
Free bag storage.
Let me use pool shower before my late night flight.
I was on 9th floor, my quietest nights sleep after 7 weeks in Thailand.
Right on metro and the skyrail. Perfect for the airport.

Cons:

Didn't bother me, but my room was getting alittle dated for this price range.
But clean and everything worked.
