Địa điểm thuận tiện. Nhân viên sảnh vui vẻ, còn lễ tân thì tuỳ người, có người niềm nở và có người thì nhăn nhó (lần đầu tiên tôi thấy 1 người Thái khó chịu).

Cons:

Mùi hương của khách sạn: rất tệ, ẩm mốc và hôi, tôi phải xài nửa chai nước hoa để át mùi mốc.
Ổ khoá phòng: khá cũ, không tiện sử dụng, phải cắm ra cắm vào rất mất thời gian
Dịch vụ dọn phòng: chỉ vứt các túi rác, dụng cụ chén/ li/ muỗng không thay mới, sàn cũng không lau dọn, bồn vệ sinh hay bồn tắm cũng không lau dọn, vì tôi đặt đây 5-6 ngày nên tôi để ý cách thức lau dọn ở đây khá qua loa
Tủ lạnh: cũ, hay phát ra tiếng “cộc, cộc” rất rợn người.
Giá dịch vụ giặt sấy: đắt đỏ

Pros:

Location to BTS was great. Breakfast was great. Entrance is mesmerizing.

Cons:

Funky smell in the hallways. Note that when making booking on bookings.com they do not take the payment, not sure why, you then have to pay when you get there....I was sure the payment was done when making booking like with all my other bookings, but I guess not.
