الفندق أثاثه قديم تعاملون الموظفين سي جدا الموقع ليس كما يذكر نعم يوجد مترو تستطيع الذهاب المنطقة المولات هذا شي الوحيد جيد و اذا كنت مسلما سوف تعاني لا يوجد مطاعم حلال الكثير من اخوانه الصينيين يسكون الفندق و انصحهم بحث بديل عن هذا الفندق ليس جيدا و قديما و موظفون الاستقبال بطئيون و غير مهذبين

Deze keer minder leuke ervaring
Pros:

De locatie is perfect en het ontbijt lekker uitgebreid.
Vandaar dat ik nu voor de 6e keer terug ben in 20 jaar.
Elke keer als ik in Bangkok ben, dan verblijf ik sowieso enkele dagen in het Asia Hotel.

Cons:

Ik heb altijd goeie ervaringen gehad met Asia daarom vond ik het zo jammer dat het deze keer anders ging.

Het begon bij de incheck. We werden geholpen door een jongeman die duidelijk nog in de leer was. Hij was heel vriendelijk. Maar er was een vrouwelijke , redelijk jonge dame die hem op gegeven moment begeleide. De manier zoals zij naar mij en mijn dochter keek voelde niet goed. Ze keek heel raar naar ons, ze groette ons verder ook niet en sprak tegen de jongeman zonder naar onze gegevens te kijken. Op basis van ons uiterlijk sprak ze hem aan en gaf hem instructies en ze lachte en toen liep ze weg.Het was overduidelijk dat ze het over ons hadden.

Ik vroeg nog aan de jongen of we wel een goede kamer kregen, want ik vermoedde dat er iets vervelends gezegd werd door die dame. En je zag hem heel voorzichtig en verlegen knikken. Ik vermoedde al dat er iets zou zijn.

We kregen kamer 1609. De kamer was zelf helemaal prima. Maar het zat tegenover de lift.

We hebben er 5 dagen gezeten. Veel geluidsoverlast van mensen die uit de lift kwamen tot savonds laat. Mensen die vroeg in de morgen heel luid aan het praten staan voor de lift.

Ook boven ons was er waarschijnlijk een gast die s avonds en s ochtend veel lawaai maakte. Je hoorde veel gestamp en dingen die vielen.

Ook hoorden we op meerdere momenten een piano heel luid op de kamer. We zijn nog gaan kijken of er op de 15e of 17e etage een piano stond waar het geluid vandaan kwam. Dit was niet het geval. Mogelijk iemand die klassieke muziek luid aan had staan meerdere dagen en momenten op de dag.

Ik heb nog overwogen om beneden te vragen naar een andere kamer maar ik wil niet te veel klagen bij personeel dus heb het maar gelaten.

Wij hebben na 2 dagen maar oordopjes gekocht en hebben de overige 3 dagen met oordoppen in geslapen. We waren verder meer buiten dan op de kamer. Dus oordopjes hebben het verblijf verder prima gemaakt.

De rest van het verblijf was zoals ik al gewend was prima.
Een uitgebreid ontbijt .

Hôtel bien que nous nous recommandons
Pros:

Hôtel grande taille.
Chambres propres et plutôt confortables même si matelas ferme comme souvent en Thailande.
Chambres bien équipées.
Service cleaning actif toute la journée
Check-out à 12h.
Proximité avec station skytrain est un petit plus

Pros:

It was literally connected to the metro station which made life so easy. The staff were great and welcoming . House keeping was excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The location for me was the best part of the hotel !!!

Cons:

The rooms were a bit outdated but it was okay for us because we were not there much .
