I would like to point out that the hotel staff's service is excellent, from reception to cleaning staff, who treat you with incredible warmth.

Cons:

I was surprised that the tourism department within the hotel for guests is not at the same level as the hotel itself, as it doesn't provide accurate information to tourists regarding tours and only mentions that upon arrival at the destination, an additional fee of between 20 and 100 THB must be paid. The reality is that upon arrival at the destinations, the amount to pay is more than 200 USD, on top of the 2000 THB for transportation. This happened on the floating market excursion and the elephant tour.

Aamupala tarjonta oli aika runsas, jokaiselle jotakin. Piccolot olivat ystävällisiä ja huomaavaista. Sijainti loistava, hotellista kun pääsee suoraan kävelemään BTS:lle

Cons:

Huoneesta voi olla montaa mieltä, avain kortin kanssa välillä vaikeuksia, kaiken kaikkiaan ihan hyvä hotelli, voi mennä toistekin

Great location
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and willing to help with requests for information or additional help and services. Being located next to the BST station makes it easy to get around whilst avoiding the traffic. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

Cons:

Very little not to like. Some parts of the hotel are showing their age, but refurbishment work is ongoing.
