Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviewers explicitly mention the hotel is clean, nicely renovated, and 'super clean'; one note of a humidity smell in a room but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
9
Numerous comments praising friendly, helpful staff and an exceptional front desk (helped with WiFi); service is consistently highlighted as a strength (score slightly elevated to reflect consistent positive mentions).
Location
9.1
Repeated positive mentions: central location, close to restaurants, convenient and right off the freeway; one isolated mention listing location as a con but overall location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed feedback: beds are frequently described as comfortable but there are multiple complaints about pillows (too small, hard, lumpy), occasional humidity smell, noisy AC, flashing sensors above beds, and some thin-wall/noise issues — overall room quality is acceptable but has notable negatives.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities such as free hot breakfast, parking, pool, and laundry are mentioned positively; however persistent poor WiFi and some facility nuisances reduce the amenities score.
Value for Money
8.6
Several reviews explicitly call out great price, very good value, and that the stay is 'worth' it — strong value perception overall.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast is frequently described as 'ok', 'adequate', or 'good' with hot and cold items, but there are repeated complaints about limited/poor fruit options and occasional issues with eggs/sausage quality.
Overall Experience
8.5
Majority of reviews are positive (comfortable stay, friendly staff, repeat guests, good location), though common negatives (WiFi, pillows, some room issues) moderate the overall impression.

Pros:

Clean comfortable room, adequate parking

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were too small, and hard and lumpy. That's really the only thing that we didn't like.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Front desk gal was exceptional. She responded immediately and personally to help with my WiFi setup. Comfortable bed, linens, and pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast adequate but a variety of fresh fruit options would be nice. Only bananas and none were ripe. Same options both days.
