Lobby is undergoing refurbishment which we don’t know, staff knowledge of local area was quite limited, some parts of the hotel feel a tad dated
The location for downtown is amazing. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and the room was amazing.

The location was great
The room was well worn with carpet,walls and furniture looking very used. The foyer was user renovation which was ok but there was chewing gum in the lift. We were also charged a facilities charge which was not included in the booking.com price which was very misleading.

Excellent location. You can get to any point downtown, near subway stations, food markets, stadium, and 10-15 minute drive from Billy Bishop airport.
Didn’t quite feel like a 5-star experience. Staff was cold, not very attentive. Look and feel in the lobby was more like a condo building, not five star boutique hotel. Room was not the most comfortable. Lighting doesn’t dim, so it’s either too bright or too dark. Bathroom is nice and spacious. Wi-Fi was on and off while I was staying there so hard to get some work. Probably better spot for leisure vs business trip.

Great hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. They did an outstanding job with the extra amenities which were purchased for the stay. The room was great and bathroom was amazing. Highly recommend to stay here.

I LOVED the heated bathroom floors and my husband LOVED the comfy king sized bed.
There were at times during the night where we could hear the people in the hallway. The doors were not sound proof but luckily the bed is far from the door but you could still here it especially if you're a light sleeper.

Our hotel room’s A/C was broken and had to sleep with a fan and window open which made sleeping at night impossible.

The bath room was fantastic - heated floors were luxurious and the soaker tub really set the experience apart from other hotels! The size of the room was remarkable and a very thoughtfully stocked minibar.
We also had a lovely peek-a-boo view of the Skydome - a city plus!
my few, minor dislikes were: I prefer for the bed to be facing the TV, I would have preferred not having to download an app for room service, and the pool was too cold to swim in - I usually love an early morning swim
the room was great, especially the bathroom. they did amazing decorations for the room for bday! with baloons and cupcakes, it was a great surprise, thank you! location is great, restaurant downstairs amazing
