Location, excellent staff & a super comfortable room
Their restaurant was so cold on the first night we arrived that we did not go back! People were having dinner wearing their coats!

The location was perfect for doing dinner and theatre. We had a corner suite which was lovely and very well appointed. The bathroom was lovely with a very huge walk in spa shower and beautiful bathroom amenities. The hotel rooms are a bit dated for sure and are in need of a refresh. The location, which was very well situated was a very noisy part of town. The hotel only has 4 floors so you are kept awake at night from cars, motorcycles and sirens. Not very sound proofed.

Great location, LOTS of mirrors in the room for getting ready, nice big bathroom, plenty of storage space, high end finishes and styling.
Some of the higher end amenities were out of order in our room: the automatic blinds did not work and had to be operated manually, and the heated floor in the bathroom was not operational.
The lobby was under renovation, check in could have been faster with more staff available at the desk.

Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut in Schuss. Der Lobbybereich wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits renoviert, das ist gut.
Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock strassenseitig war durch Strassenlärm recht laut und riss uns immer wieder aus dem Schlaf. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was great for our visit. We were able to walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower.
