おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。
レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。
一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。
総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！

Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more. Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful.

We keep coming back to this hotel every year because of what they can offer.

The experience at Conrad Bangkok was truly phenomenal! The central location provided us with convenience, with wide accessibility to big malls and nice streets nearby. The service was also excellent, with friendly staff and delicious food both at the Cafe@2, and the Liu Chinese restaurant. The staff at the Cafe is very hardworking, warm and passionate, often remembering our preferences and providing us with the best experience possible. They were always ready to help, and were always caring about our well-being and experience. Special thanks to Amy, Vivian, Joy, Prem, Nid, Game and SimSim for always being ready at our service to assist us in anything we needed! Truly grateful for them and made us feel like it was home.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Bangkok! The service was amazing. Reception were very kind and helped us with everything from cash exchange to details on activities we could do. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool staff were very helpful and brought us over towels, water and fruit every time we went down. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The staff at breakfast and the Chinese and Japanese restaurants were all so nice, in particular Game, Vivian, Joy, Amy, Tum, Ama, and Nid. Would definitely recommend staying here.

In addition to my previous report i like to add that during the earthquake the hotel staff supported the guest on the street very well and did all in order to support the guests, they suuplyed water, sun protection and a lot more. The guests relation responsible, PRI KWAN, is as well in contact with the guests to make sure all are okay. I recommend the hotel due to the excellent service and care the staff is providing all the time.

Service at this hotel is outstanding amazing. Everyone will greet you with an amazing welcome. The only reason didn’t earn my 5 stars is location of this hotel is not the best it’s more in the business area the tourist. I wish I knew this hotel is different than Conrad so this is resident hotel which is more for longer stay has fridge and living room. Not as clean and organized as Conrad tho and it has different elevator. But over all check in and service is top class and everyone super helpful

Great staff qnd quiet! I had a room by elevators but there was minimal to no disturbances

3 nights. Rooms are nice and clean but still a little dated. No choice if you are into modern and chick interior
Poolarea is nice but most parts doesnt have sun because of the tall buildings around
Gym is big and really good

I give it two stars because the rooms were very nice but the clientele/ guests coming in was very low class, more like a motel.
On Friday nite cigarette smoke filled the halls pouring out of someones room. I am allergic to smoke and its supposed to be a smoke free building. They rent long term and full of 20 yr olds partying or families with five children invading the whole floor. It was gross. Conrad doesn’t monitor the building or seem to care.
There are washing machines and dryers for guest use on each floor but eight percent of them are broken!

Centrally located in the Bangkok downtown, the Conrad is well equipped with great amenities including a large swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and breakfast selections. But what separates the Conrad from other hotels in the area is the level of care and services provided by the staff. It was one of the best I have ever experienced since my stays at Ritz and Four Seasons.

On the positive side the rooms/apts are clean, comfortable and nice decor (at least my room was), nice bathroom and you can cook if you need to BUT my stay was ruined by the paper thin walls and doors slammed shut by rude guests, especially late at night when you are woken up several times. They should fix all doors to have hydraulic hinges to close slowly and quietly. Guests and housekeeping doing that all the time is disturbing. Lots of foreign families with kids running around. Had to move to another room after one night. They have washers and dryers on every floor for free but not all of them work, depends what floor your on, you may have to drag your clothes several floors up or down depending. They should fix them. The Residences are part but seperate of the Hotel. There are some long term guests who are staying there but because of the clientele it has a feeling of a lower end motel at times. Breakfast has plenty to offer, lovely food but the dining room is too small for the amount of guests trying to squeeze in. Very crowded. I would never come back.

Conrad Bangkok Residences provided an exceptional experience during my stay. The suite and overall amenities were absolutely perfect, creating an oasis-like environment in the heart of bustling Bangkok.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They promptly assisted with my luggage, opened doors, and greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink - small details that demonstrated their commitment to customer care.

What made my stay particularly special was the thoughtful welcome amenities prepared for my sister, who was recovering from cancer and feeling quite depressed. The team had arranged a delightful assortment, including a cute tuk-tuk chocolate, fresh fruits, and some little elephant.

The property's outdoor pool, hot tub, and kids club were all impressive, surrounded by lush greenery. The staff working in these areas were incredibly helpful as well. Additionally, the fitness center was the largest I have encountered at any hotel, which was a highlight for me.

Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of Thai, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine, catering perfectly to the diverse tastes of my family.

Such a lovely hotel and great value for money. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, it was such a lovely welcome. A big shout out to the breakfast staff (Game, Vivian, Joy, Nid, Yeam, Fai & Man) from day 1 they would remember the things my husband and I would have an ensure this was in place for the duration of our stay. Room had a lovely Thai vibe to it, very clean and tidy. Great location but whether you go in Bangkok a lot of time needs to be factored in for the mad traffic! The reception team were great at helping us book private taxis.
