Pros:

The Staff were professional and very helpful. I love ❤️ the location. Very cozy, homey feel. It reminded me of staying in private cottages just steps from the beach and attractions.

It looked like the facility was not well taken care of. Won’t come back again.
Pros:

Location is great. staffs are nice and friendly.

Cons:

Water was flowing out of the bathroom when using the shower. Coffee machine was super dusty and filter is clogged. Furniture looks run down and the air in the room was stale and mouldy.

Very nice staff. Decent breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruit, toast, etc. Great location near the beach. Large room. Free easy access parking basement for mid size and smaller vehicles.

Cons:

The particular room we were given was too close to the check in office (noise). Our room had an old water damaged bathroom door and was eroding. The general cleanliness of the room could have been better. Noise from the room above and the L.A. metro line was quite noticeable.

The atmosphere, staff, location is immaculate. Jacuzzi was amazing. Bed is soft. Clean.

Cons:

The size of the bathroom. Toilet and shower were too close together. The door to the shower is too close to the toilet, but I get it a elongated toilet will take up the space. Glad at least it wasn't circular. My only recommendation is to invest in handheld shower heads. Maybe that's in accessible rooms but could be useful in every room. Also a stool and mat for the jacuzzi or a bar to hold onto would be nice. Pillows could be more foamy or more plusher.

When walking to your room with your luggage it is so loud because of the flooring ( tile i think). There were several people checking in later at night and it was annoying.
