Wonderful experience!
Pros:

My husband and I recently had our very first stay at a Best Western, and we were so pleasantly surprised that it has easily become one of our favorite hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with a nice refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The location was absolutely perfect, situated directly across the street from the beach, and we loved the thoughtful, convenient details like housekeeping proactively refilling our towels without us asking and the bathroom featuring modern pump-dispenser bottles instead of traditional soap bars. By far, one of the absolute best highlights of our stay was the breakfast; it wasn’t just your ordinary continental setup, but rather felt like a fantastic mini buffet complete with a waffle maker, hot eggs, bacon, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, and plenty of drinks and coffee. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and will definitely be staying here again!

Cons:

I wish it was a little cheaper.

It was perfect for a quick overnight stop.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the room was big, the view was pretty, the beds were comfortable, liquid hand soap was provided.

Cons:

We had to kill a few bugs. It didn’t feel like the room was dirty- it just felt like the room was old

Pros:

It was quiet even though it is by a busy road and a train moves by at all hours.
The room had nice updates.

Cons:

Make sure nobody in rooms is smoking!,could smell it from mine two different times..either from next to me or below me

Had a very relaxing and fun stay
Pros:

They were wonderful from the moment of arrival they were very helpful and even gave me a better room. The room is very clean and spacious vaulted ceilings. Me and my hunny really enjoyed staying together there. Loved hearing the waves at night. The floors are no longer carpeted. It is all updated with laminated wood. Enjoyed our stay will return.

Pros:

The location and view were perfect. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. The updated facilities were not expected for the price. This was our 6th hotel in less than two weeks and this was by far the cleanest, and nicest.

The parking garage., my truck barely fit. The shower drain was very slow

Pros:

Evelyn at the front desk was amazing. She was very pleasant and helpful and recommended some close dinner options. She also cooked us a wonderful breakfast the next day.

Cons:

Did not expect to be next to the train tracts or to have a chain link fence that prohibited us from going to the beach.

Pros:

Our room had a lovely view, we really liked the balcony seating area. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with a decent selection and although the main breakfast room is tiny, it's nice sitting outside for breakfast in the morning.

Pros:

Staff very hospitable. Recently renovated, clean. Mini split was nice.

Cons:

Water temperature cold at first then difficulty adjusting. No table for two. Poor night sleep stiff bed.
