Quiet room, good bed, slept well. Great stay!
Pros:

Friendly service. Room faced PCH. Very nice view. Very quiet early morning & at night (& when balcony door closed). Unexpectedly nice breakfast especially on weekend. Excellent GM on property

Overall a great stay and it is more affordable than other hotels in the area.

Our room had a window with an ocean view. It was close to the area where breakfast is served and the staff is friendly.

The railroad tracks are across the street.

Pros:

The room was good. The bathroom was kind of dirty around the toilet area. Breakfast was okay, need to keep coffee on, too hard to get to a coffee shop. Parking a little tight.

This is an AMAZING place to stay!! When I come to Dana Point, this is where I stay!!

Family runned business that shows warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere is pleasant filled with flower pots and shrubs manicured beautifully!

Napoleon, owner and his sister Summer make you feel at home! The rooms are clean and spacious! The bed and pillows are comfortable! The TV selections and option to stream Netflix is very good! The microwave and fridge were perfect! The soap, shampoo, lotion Citrus smell is really nice!

Summer fixes fresh breakfast every morning. Omelets and other hot dishes. You feel like you're home!! The parking is free and the garage is washed and clean.

Thank you again Napoleon and Summer for such INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!

Pros:

My husband and I recently had our very first stay at a Best Western, and we were so pleasantly surprised that it has easily become one of our favorite hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with a nice refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The location was absolutely perfect, situated directly across the street from the beach, and we loved the thoughtful, convenient details like housekeeping proactively refilling our towels without us asking and the bathroom featuring modern pump-dispenser bottles instead of traditional soap bars. By far, one of the absolute best highlights of our stay was the breakfast; it wasn’t just your ordinary continental setup, but rather felt like a fantastic mini buffet complete with a waffle maker, hot eggs, bacon, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, and plenty of drinks and coffee. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and will definitely be staying here again!

It was perfect for a quick overnight stop.

Breakfast was great, the room was big, the view was pretty, the beds were comfortable, liquid hand soap was provided.
