We always book a one night stay at the Sheraton for the Holiday Boutique
Cons:

There was a power outage for about 15 minutes but the generator did keep the hallways and elevators operational.

Pros:

Cost of hotel was extreme for the conditions. Because I had to be there that’s where I stayed! Needed to stay an extra night but drove home extremely tired.

Cons:

The price. It seemed like everyday it changed and took advantage of having to do business with convention center. Because we stayed we had to pay extra for a car. Really??????? And no free WiFi ? Really price gouging.

The staff was very polite and prompt

Cons:

I'm not a fan of no fitted sheets. I've had nicer rooms at a holiday in for half the price. The common areas were full screaming kids and herds of children wandering the hallways. Our kid free romantic anniversary weekend away did not go as planned. For the price I paid for a night I expected a little more luxury.

The beds were wonderful

Cons:

The fact we had to pay for parking. Not used to having that added. It wasn't on the booking until the hotel reached out. Needs to be on the booking totals.

Consistently wonderful hotel stays
Pros:

We've been coming to this hotel for over ten years to visit family. This week we hosted happy hours in their bar for over 20 people on Monday and 8 on Tuesday. The bar service and food is always excellent. Gina has been taking care of us for years and always remembers our names and brings such fun to our visits. She, Dillon, and Stephanie always go beyond to make sure we and our family and friends are always so well taken care of - making sure we have drinks flowing and food replenished. I would speak with Stephanie early in the day and she would relay the information to Gina and Dillon (and Gina's manager who is great but I can't remember her name!) The teamwork and love for one another definitely shows in their interactions.

We are Titanium Elite for Life so have a lot of experience on Concierge floors and their foods. Mailan and Samar Always greeted us with a huge smiles first thing in the morning and the breakfast was definitely consistently one of the best we have had in over 40 years. Oatmeal and eggs are hot and Very Fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) and accompaniments - and the bacon was delicious - and I rarely eat bacon! Kudos for the breakfast staff.

And as always, the reception staff consistently greets us with a smile and making sure our room is staged with all we need as our stay progresses.

Just felt the need to let others know how much we enjoy our stays at this hotel and the staff makes it stand out above the rest - we are retired so travel extensively with well over 100 nights in hotels per year. Hope this helps others make their hotel selection,

Will Increase Your Room Rate without Knowledge after booking
Pros:

Booked over the phone with Marriott and was promised a specific rate. Only to find that in my stay overview within the app that my rate was modified to higher price without my knowledge. If I did not look at the reservation details I never would have know that the rate was changed without my knowledge.
