Great customer support for conference
Pros:

I was there for a conference and the staff were helpful and present. We had phone numbers and rarely needed them because they frequently rounded on us. My room was very comfortable, I like that I had the option to not have housekeeping service. The bed was comfy and my view was amazing.

Cons:

That even with not needling housekeeping, I would have loved to have water bottles replaced daily. Next time I will just sign up for cleaning to get it.

The stay was great even though there were multiple kid tournaments going on.
Pros:

Nice dining area with easy access to a Star Bucks if you want fancier coffee or tea. I liked the yogurt offerings.

Cons:

It was all great. Perhaps another couple of options for breakfast would be nice.

Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I also really appreciate that check out time was noon instead of the standard 10 or 11 am checkout

Cons:

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have microwaves. There was 1 microwave for all guests to use.

Longest check in, arrived at 1pm, 6-8 other guests got rooms, no rooms for me till after 3pm.
I stay in a hotel every week, never an issue checking in early, till this hotel.

Cost of hotel was extreme for the conditions. Because I had to be there that’s where I stayed! Needed to stay an extra night but drove home extremely tired.

Cons:

The price. It seemed like everyday it changed and took advantage of having to do business with convention center. Because we stayed we had to pay extra for a car. Really??????? And no free WiFi ? Really price gouging.
