Good, with a couple disappointments.
Pros:

Good value, good breakfast!
I had some issues, but overall good hotel.

Cons:

Pool was closed for remodel for the month, with no warning, as it is a big part of their draw, it would have been nice to know! Very disappointed kids being I was there for a conference and the kids planned to swim! Also being there for the week, rented a two bedroom room, but the door,a barn door, offered zero privacy for my wife and I with our tween kids!
It was pretty good for what it was, but disappointing on a few fronts.

Nice hotel with easy access to Portland
Pros:

Some of the reviews complained of noise, but that was not our experience. The place was full, but our room was quiet and well appointed. The breakfast had good variety.

Very comfortable desk chair. Convenient location.

Cons:

Planned a pool closure for my dates after I reserved and didn't bother informing me or anyone else with prior bookings. Talk about a bait and switch. Absolute BS. I only found out because I was looking up pool hours before my stay. They offered a refund but I didn't have time to make other arrangements and we were past the booking.com refund window. Trying to make the best of it, I said I would take a bath instead - but they didn't write me back to say they only have showers. Requested a quiet room and was initially placed next to the elevator. Manager was too chicken to call me when I requested to speak with them upon check-in. No discount offered.

All amenities available. 5min drive to nearest Safeway for grocery shopping. 30min from Woodburn Outlet Mall. I think it's the best location if u want to shop at woodburn.

Very comfortable, great breakfast, staff need trained

Super comfortable , breakfast is always amazing

Cons:

They told us we didn’t have a reservation when we checked in so of course I panicked. Once I showed them our reservation number then they eventually found it.

Comfortable and clean for the $

Cons:

The parking for the disabled on the lower level in the corner near the door for that level needs to be fixed. You cannot park in that spot if someone else is parked directly to the right of it facing the building east. The person parking in the disabled parking will block 🚫 tgat person in. The spot to the right needs to be marked with diagonal lines as no parking so a person with disabled parking pass can actually use this spot.
