Pros:

All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate, and we appreciated the early open hours. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. And the price was excellent compared with other similar properties in the area. This hotel worked very well for our group of three adults.

Cons:

Our room's phone was beeping when we entered, and I found it couldn't be hung up properly. I showed the phone to reception, who could not immediately solve the issue. However, we didn't need a land line phone, so just returned it to the room and left it unplugged.

Not a pleasant check in, room was not as nice as once before, but it cost more!

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The staff upon check in were not friendly at all! Said that rooms were "dirty" when we wanted to check in 8 minutes to 3:00. Our room was on the basement floor--lots of loud families, which we did not like. When we stayed a couple of weeks ago, we loved the 4th floor spacious room. This one was cramped, the bathroom was tiny and we paid more.
