Staff has people who cannot speak any English. An expensive pretentious hotel is a failure if guests
Pros:

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

Staff couldn't speak English. There was no soap for shower. We called and asked for soap. They sent a woman employee who could not speak any English. We never did get a cake of soap for the shower. The cutesy little soap dispensers could not be used in the shower.

It was a great stay. Clean. And quite. Will book again.

The bathroom was clogged when we got there. But it was fixed.

I loved that it was in the center of Jackson Hole! We didn’t know how huge this place was. The rooms are so cute and clean. Love the sink and fridge and microwave so we can heat up our leftovers!

Cons:

Restrooms was too small.

For the price it was excellent value. Great for what we needed, which was a bed for and the breakfast was a nice bonus.
Pros:

It was clean, quiet and the continental break was nice.
Obviously recently had a cosmetic facelift. Shower retiled new furniture, etc.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard and shower head sucks(probably to conserve water). Some of the neighbors off the hotel grounds were a little rough.
