Good hotel with many good features. Will visit again.
Pros:

Location was great. Our child liked going to the kids club. Food was good quality and variety. Family Room was good size.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed was harder than I like.

“Indoor pool” was not really indoor as it is not fully enclosed. This meant that the cold breeze off the ocean made it feel cold being around the pool, especially when wet. It was very noisy too when many people were using it.

The outdoor pool was supposedly heated but it did not feel heated at all. This meant very few people used it. For context we visited in early to mid April.

Pros:

Super położenie blisko Funchal, piękna promenada i otoczenie hotelu. Genialne jedzenie- różnorodne, świerze i smaczne. Napoje i drinki bardzo duży wybór i wysokiej jakości.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój zewnętrzny blisko ruchliwej ulicy. Rano i w nocy nie dało się spać. Mimo tego że mieliśmy pokój na 9 piętrze przez cały czas było słychać jakieś agregaty ( prawdopodobnie z kuchni).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Essensangebot ist umfangreich und schmackhaft. Es gibt verschiedene Themenrrstaurants, die interessante Speisen anbieten. Der Außenpooöbereich ist toll.

Cons:

In den Restaurants gibt es keine lärmmindernden Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Raumteiler oder Stoffe. Zu den Hochbesuchszeiten ist es ziemlich laut.

Comida sem sabor e sem requinte especial

Meu aniversário. Decepcionada, hotel de 3 estrelas em vez de 5, comida repetitiva de uma refeição para outra, poucas opções, sem sumos naturais, só de máquina, comida pouco original…… o restaurante da piscina é só snaks e pizza do frigorífico. Foi a 3ª vez que fiquei no hotel. Perdendo qualidade…. Os colaboradores espetaculares mas em termos de comida confeccionada sem sabor…..comida come e cala…..desilusão…

A great launching spot for Madeira exploration
Pros:

We stayed for an all-inclusive week and had a wonderful experience. Our room was great and the view of the pool and ocean was terrific. The quality of the food was great and the variety was abundant. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Madeira. The Italian and Portuguese specialty restaurants were excellent. The boardwalk along the water provided a very nice place to stroll.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, but there was an elevator out of order for most of the week and the remaining one was quite small for a property of this size.

Hôtel de qualité , restauration excellente et chambre confortable!
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, la nourriture était excellente et variée . Pour un all inclusive, j’ai rarement vu autant de variétés et qualité .
Un lit bébé m’a été proposé à mon arrivée .
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.
Piscine très belle
Parking à disposition : top
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel .

Chambre un peu vieillotte et vue très partielle sur la mer
Manque d’animation en journée
Pas possible de profiter du restaurant show cooking car nous avions des enfants
