Pros:

Pobyt w sierpniu w tym hotelu dla mojej 5-osobowej rodziny był bardzo udany. Pyszne jedzenie, duży wybór dań, napoje alkoholowe były jakościowe. Główna restauracja the best, chociaż przy basenie też była bardzo dobra, szczególnie dla dzieci - pizza, lody, napoje dostępne od 10.00 do późnej nocy.
Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne, w łazience suszarka, szampon, mydło w płynie, szlafroki, kapcie, ręczniki.

Cons:

Terytorium hotelu nie jest duże, basen też za mały jak na taką ilość gości, szczególnie w sezonie. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ale z wymianą ręczników i pościeli to był jakiś problem. Chociaż na ogół nie zepsuło nam to nastroju... Ogólnie polecam

Highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very clean, fully wheelchair accessible, good location and finished to a high standard. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I booked 4 rooms in total, but unfortunately, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were not good and were quite uncomfortable.

Relaxing and very enjoyable, amazing food and drink. Great pool, an overall lovely little getaway...
Pros:

We absolutely loved all the meals and options available. The fact that the indoor pool was heated so our son could play as well as not be in the direct sun. We really like the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We love the steam room and sauna as a little escape too. Our son (5) loved kids club.

Cons:

We wished that there was a lifeguard to help keep an eye on all the kids in the water. We also noted that the Jacuzzis were cold so we didn't particularly enjoy that. The gym could also do with a treadmill, and maybe another bike as the one that was there was very rusty and squeaky. We missed some of the entertainment from the team we had experienced a couple years ago.

Familie hotel met strippers show, te kleine zwembad en drulkte bij het buffet. Nooit meer! 😡

De Kamer was ruim en zeer schoon

Cons:

Hele kleine zwembad geen plek om te zwemmen voor volwassenen: je krijg continu iemand zijn kind op je of een bal in je hoofd. Geen aparte plek om te zwemmen voor kleine kinderen.

Eten was opzich goed maar we konden geen gebruik maken van de Oosterse restaurant, er stond gelijk een enorme rij. Bij de warn eten buffet stond ook een rij waar je minimaal een kwartier moest wachten.
Entertainment was heel ouderwets en onduidelijk. Elke dag gingen ze odes aan Enotel zingen; s'avonds was er een musiek programma voor 80 plussers. Ik en mijn 11 jarige zoon hebben zelfs een strippers show meegemaakt terwijl het als folks muziek avond voorgesteld was 🤯. Echt serieus, er liepen vrouwen in lingerie tussen de kinderen. Ik vond het heel apart voor een familie hotel.
Kortom: ik zou het nooit meer nemen!

Gostamos de tudo, mas realçar o staff do hotel, todos excelentes profissionais sempre dispostos a ajudar e com sorrisos e boa disposição. Além disso a qualidade das refeições é extraordinária. Muito muito bom!

I met a few Nepalese chefs working behind the buffet kitchen, and they were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate whatever we needed. All the staff—from reception to the kitchen and floor team—were very friendly. The Nepalese chefs, in particular, were top class. I can't remember their names, one female and couple of young lads, but they truly deserve the best recognition
