The rooms were decent and clean

Cons:

1. The website has same photos for all room categories so it’s impossible to figure out that extra does one get by booking a more expensive room. Lack of clarity lead to a lot of confusion during room booking.
2. I felt that the dining service during breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. I saw the staff telling guests that “someone is already sitting” at a certain table when there was no one occupying that table. Some guests came much later and sat on that table and immediately started getting VIP attention from the staff. I feel this was unfair to the guests who were lied to. At one instance next day, I requested for a coffee and didn’t get it for 15+ mins because the staff got busy serving those same guests everything at the table even though it was a buffet breakfast (I know certain things are served at table but that is not what was happening). I had to remind again after 15 mins to get a coffee. This preferential behaviour makes other guests feel unwelcome and the hotel should really think this through. I now have this image of Radisson’s service in mind and would probably not book again if I have any other options.
3. I checked in very late.. around 10:30pm.. requested a late check out by 2-3 hours which was denied stating that the hotel was sold out but I could see rooms being available online.

All in all.. I felt that the staff was not very guest centric.

Probably the most comfortable and service led hotel in Jalandhar
Pros:

Fantastic service from the door, through to front of house, housekeeping and restaurant. Fantastic food at Tiffany’s restaurant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the heating was being repaired during our stay which was mildly inconvenient but we were given heaters which helped. Windsor cafe opening hours were inconsistent and therefore confusing.
