Cozy country hotel with great service.
Pros:

The hotel looked like something out of a magazine, warm, beautiful, inviting, and cozy. Rooms were cozy with a traditional feel to the room.

Relaxing, food was excellent, staff couldn’t do enough for us, and would highly recommend 😃
Pros:

Plenty room, clean, staff were great, we needed a bottle opener and a member of staff came right over.Everyone was good with our dog which was lovely😃

Cons:

Thought there was more room to walk the dog, but that’s just being picky.

Beautiful hotel I would go back again
Pros:

The Rufflets was beautiful and made my birthday very special . I would go back again. It was good value for money

We had a really lovely stay and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.
Pros:

Great room. Comfortable bar and lounge areas.Nice gardens. Staff fantastic.

Cons:

The restaurant a bit out of sync with the rest of the experience interment ambience. Had a very bright, cafe feel with bare tables etc. it didn’t feel warm and intimate as the rest of the hotel
did.
