We were welcomed in a very friendly but professional way. The staff are courteous as wrll as genuine
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious ; staff in the dining room very friendly as well as helpful. We enjoyed an evening meal as well. The hotel is just 10 minutes from St Andrews with good parking. Our room overlooked the garden which was lively.

Cons:

Honestly we liked everything.

Decoración, desayuno espectacular, personal amables y atentos. Habitación grande y cómoda.

Cons:

No hay ascensor y tienes que subirte las maletas, la ubicación tienes que coger taxi para ir. a cualquier sitio,está fuera de Saint Andrews

Ok, wouldn’t rush back.
Pros:

Nice gardens, away from town so quiet. Would need car or taxi to get into town.

Cons:

The first room we were taken to stunk of weed. We were however upgraded to a better room with garden views but still not something you would expect from a hotel let alone a 4* at this price. Breakfast OK. Busy on first day so had to wait to be seated then was told they were too busy to make a latte so was offered instant coffee instead. Managed to get a latte later. Also poached eggs were boiled.

Cozy country hotel with great service.
Pros:

The hotel looked like something out of a magazine, warm, beautiful, inviting, and cozy. Rooms were cozy with a traditional feel to the room.

Relaxing, food was excellent, staff couldn’t do enough for us, and would highly recommend 😃
Pros:

Plenty room, clean, staff were great, we needed a bottle opener and a member of staff came right over.Everyone was good with our dog which was lovely😃

Cons:

Thought there was more room to walk the dog, but that’s just being picky.
