We didnt stay for Breakfast. Had to be at Northside for surgery at 5 am

Cons:

The pipes had severe rust from the commode and the bed squeaked when you sat on it. Any move you made.it squeaked

It was exhausting and stressful, never welcoming and will never be back.

The rep at the desk was rude and even though I paid in advance in full for the room he would not allow the 2nd adult to go up to the room till I got there and paid a $100 dollar credit card security deposit on the room. Which is never mentioned in the process of deciding to even book a room here. After your reservation is paid it tells you that you owe $0 dollars upon check in. The deposit information is revealed at check in and on last page of receipt. We were treated like criminals instead of guests.
