Plage très petite et pas entretenue, matelas trop vieux et défoncé, tous les services sont en supplément, 10euros le coca 20cl en bouteille dans le mini-bar c'est n'importe quoi.
"The AC leaked for 3 nights straight. They tried fixing it, but it kept breaking. Then we were left one more night with no AC because they forgot to turn it back on after we extended our stay."
Wij hadden een 2 slaapkamer appartement op een 75-tal meter van het hotel. Dit appartement was modern en recent, heel ruim, netjes, de keuken was goed uitgerust (al miste ik wel een microgolfoven) en we hadden een fijn en groot terras met uitzicht op het meer. Fijn dat we onze elektrische wagen in een overdekte parking konden stallen waar we konden opladen.
Heel leuk dat we een welkomstdrankje kregen bij aankomst.

De prijs van alles naast de huur van het appartement was heel hoog: bestelling aan de 'poolbar', huur van 2 sup-boards voor 1 uur,... Ontbijt was goed maar niet heel uitgebreid.
Très belle surprise à notre arrivée dans cet hôtel palace « Belle Époque «. Tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour, l accueil, l amabilité , un personnel et un service parfait à l’écoute des clients. Le calme au bord du lac. La proximité d’ un embarcadère pour les îles très appréciables.

Le restaurant est très décevant et pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner également est très très moyen garni de produits industriels sans goût ce qui est presque une insulte en Italie ou la table est un moment sacré 😘
Tout le site magnifique avec son jardin et l’accès direct au lac ; tout est très beau ; service de qualité et très bon petit déjeuner

De uitstraling, het uitzicht en de locatie. De mensen die daar werken, zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is erg mooi en goed onderhouden. De kamer was mooi, met een goed bed en de airconditioning werkte ook goed. We hebben daar prima geslapen!
Je loopt vanaf het hotel zo naar het dorpje, waar heerlijke restaurantjes zitten.
Het diner. Aan een aantal gerechten zat echt geen smaak en dat was jammer. We hebben daar wel heerlijk ontbeten en de lunchgerechten in de tuin waren erg lekker.
Gewoon een heerlijk hotel op een geweldige locatie.
Komen er zeker nog eens weer.

I can’t really say anything. There’s no beach area to get to the lake but that doesn’t bother me

Charged to use bikes. Had incorrect room setup when we checked in so had to wait to change rooms.
