My room on fifth floor was very elegant and the view of the lake spectacular.
Pros:

I liked the Eleganz and grandeur of the Hotel. It truly matches its name. The hotel staff was very nice, kind, friendly and always helpful and accommodating me.

Personal und Service Top, Hotel beeindruckend, direkt am See, sehr gute Ausstattung im Aussenbereich und im Gebäude.

Cons:

Zimmer und Saal für Frühstück sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, passt aber eigentlich zum Stil vom ganzen Hotel.

Disappointing certainly not a leading hotel.

Cons:

Bed collapsed on 3 successive nights only one batten under bottom third. Clothing lobby not dusted. Bath towel rail loose . Lunch/Dinner menu restricted .

L'albergo e' bellissimo, con una posizione eccellente. La camera era splendida, con una vista sul lago superba.
La colazione era variegata e abbondante, con uno staff premuroso. Lo staff e stato professionale, disponibile e gentilissimo.

Cons:

Tutto ottimo. Francamente, sono rimasto dispiaciuto dal comportamento di alcuni clienti, che si sono comportati in modo arrogante con lo staff in alcune occasioni. Lo staff e' stato sempre bravissimo e professionale in queste occasioni.

Sollte Verbania wieder einmal unser Reiseziel sein, würde ich uns hier wieder einquartieren.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage direkt am See mit Zugang zum Wasser. Unweit vom alten Stadtzentrum. Schöner Garten mit gepflegtem Rasen und gutem Poolservice.
Kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal am Frontdesk. Aber auch sonst sind alle Beteiligten überaus freundlich (Service am Pool, im Garten, im Frühstücksraum, im Zimmer, an der Bar). Frühstücksbuffet okay, mit grossem hellen Raum.
