good breakfast
I requested a handicap room or one one 1st floor as my husband can't climb steps. We arrived in Mitchell, SD at 7:05 in the evening and all 1st floor rooms were full and there is no elevator. The lady at the front desk did all she could but we couldn't stay there that night. We went to a different hotel so basically had two rooms. I called on Monday to see if we could be refunded for Saturday night and they said not through them. If you can help with this problem I would appreciate it.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Compared to other hotels there could be a broader variety offered including fresh fruit.
The staff and personnel were exceptionally friendly throughout our visit. The housekeeping staff even greeted us warmly as we were heading to our room, which was a nice personal touch.
When we checked in, we were initially assigned a room on the second floor. One of the guests in our party has difficulty using stairs, so I asked if a first-floor room might be available. Your evening front desk associate was extremely understanding and accommodating. They even checked with the housekeeping staff to see if a first-floor room was ready for check-in and were able to move us. We truly appreciated the extra effort to make our stay more comfortable.
I would like to recognize the evening front desk associate for being so accommodating, polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Their outstanding customer service made a lasting impression.

Very friendly and clean LOVE that they accommodate my disabilities and have shower chairs ! A lot of places don’t and then I can’t shower so love that you do!
