Pros:

Very friendly and clean LOVE that they accommodate my disabilities and have shower chairs ! A lot of places don’t and then I can’t shower so love that you do!

No stay because my cat was rejected.

Cons:

I got to the front desk and they made me wait for almost an hour with my cat. Then they told me they didn’t accept cats. They did when I stayed in past years. I also sent in a special request beforehand. I was extremely upset because most places were booked for the night. I finally found one place. The staff did not recommend another hotel.

Good location, great beds, pool not swimmable.
Pros:

the location was good, beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Pool was not swimmable, water too cloudy. Hot tub was closed. I booked this hotel based on the pool and hot tub. One member of our group swims daily. Very disappointed.
The pictures showed a waffle maker. There was none.

Family get together was so nice.
Pros:

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Front entrance area was comfortable and available for family visits! Swimming pool was perfect!

It's a nice to place to stay. Be honest, and tell guests when whirlpool is broken though.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff/front desk people were friendly and helpful and accommodating. I liked the lobby and lounging area and the swimming pool/pool area. It was nicely decorated. The rooms were nice and clean. My A/C worked well in my room. My water pressure was medium, and I like higher water pressure in the shower to be able to more easily wash out my shampoo and conditioner after I wash and condition my hair.

Cons:

I called the hotel ahead of time before I booked my rooms there and asked the hotel clerk if there was a swimming pool and whirlpool and he said yes, but when we arrived the front desk person said that the whirlpool was out of order, because it was broken and they were waiting for a part to fix it. It looked like it had been broken for quite a while. That was a bummer, because that's what I was looking forward to using there for their amenities. I felt like I was mislead by the hotel clerk. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I would have known ahead of time about their whirlpool being broken.

I would stay there again and I would recommend it for anyone to stay there.
Pros:

Our room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was the best! The employees were very nice and helpful!!

Excellent experience other than air conditioner was way too loud.
Pros:

Very convenient right off the expressway. Staff was very friendly beds were excellent pillows mattress the whole 9 yards was wonderful.

Cons:

The air conditioner was horrid. We walked in the room and it felt like it was a sauna so we had to turn on the air and it made loud loud noises on and off all night long so we got a bad night sleep because of that.
