We liked the breakfast offered as it was very nice to get such value with a very clean facility.

Staff made you feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
Cons:

The front desk never had staff. Had to call on phone to get them to come up. Suprise $100 deposit for "parties, smoking or pets". I looked all over website and not a single place was this mentioned. Given a receipt for my deposit and told to bring back to desk when checking out. Said room would be checked and give deposit back. When I did just that (after calling on phone to get someone) they told me in 3 to 5 business days I would get it back. I did not trust that I would get my deposit because that seemed very sketch and I did not beleive them, so I INSISTED 3 TIMES I needed them to check. Finally a staff member came out of back room and went to check my room. Deposit was then credited back to my card. If I would have known the staff was like this I would have went elsewhere. Room was great, breakfast good, male staff BAD.

Cons:

Exhaust fan in bathroom and hot tub area didn't work. Burn holes in blankets. Employee paced the halls talking on phone all night

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice; good selection - had everything we needed. Location was close to vision center.

Cons:

Number one is concern I had taking shower. The tub was too slippery; need a bit of rough texture so people don't fall and break something or worst. Second was just an eye sore that someone dump french fries is parking lot. Smoke detector was missing.
