スタッフの方がとても親切で、聞いたことは丁寧に答えて頂き助かりましたら。
部屋からの景気口コミ通りよかったです。
朝食品数沢山ありとてもよかったです！
オムレツその場で作って提供してくれ、とても美味しかったです。
ありがとうございました。

展望台の31階時間に制限あり行けませんでした。
できればもっと長く開いていてほしかったです。

流石　日航ホテル☺️
Pros:

接客の丁寧さ、ロケーションの良さ、リファのドライヤーにシャンプー　コンディショナー　ボディソープ　美味しい朝ごはん

Cons:

新潟駅まではちょっと歩けないのでタクシーで飲食街まで行かなければ3ならなかったことぐらい、でもあのロケーションのためなら仕方ないレベル

Pros:

朱鷺メッセのコンサートに行くために宿泊しました。メッセとは2階の渡り廊下で繋がっており、外に出ることなく行くことができました。
朝食も地元の特産品を使ったお料理が豊富で美味しかったです。
