Pros:

客の扱いが丁寧。食事がおいしい。平置きの駐車場が広く計画されていて、かつ屋内であり大切な車でも気にせず駐車できる。フロントへのアクセスもしやすい。川沿いのロケーション、眺望が特筆すべきものがある。今度は少々値が張っても角部屋にしたい。車で数分で万代エリアに行けて、食事や買い物にかなり便利。室内のデザインが地味かつ洗練されていて好み。

Cons:

コーヒーマシンが、できればアメリカン（薄目）もサービスできるタイプにしてほしい。ただ、風味は最高。
客室の窓が少しあいて、換気出来たら最高だが、高層なのでそういう設計にしていないのは理解できる。
客室数から考えて、ロビーのソファーがもう少し多いといい。

對得起它的星級，而且價格不貴
Pros:

如果你要前往佐渡島，這是最佳的飯店，離新潟港最近，而且頂樓是觀景台，夜景的信濃川非常美。
