Otel odası konforlu ve yeterliydi, kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı plan değişikliği nedeniyle 1 gün erken çıkmak istedik, onayladılar ve son gece tutarını iade ettiler.

Cons:

Rezervasyon yaparken farkında olduğumuz üzere otel merkeze biraz uzak, özellikle feria zamanı araç bulmak zordu dolayısıyla yürümek durumunda kaldık.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, le parking souterrain à 18€ la nuit. Le personnel et le petit-déjeuner super. Dommage pour nous la piscine n'était pas encore ouverte mais elle a l'air très bien. Possible de manger a l'hôtel

Cons:

Un peu copieux et pas très qualitatif le repas de la demi pension. Pourtant le personnel est très bien et ils proposent des plats à la carte sympa qui paraissaient très bien

Pros:

La chambre est confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux. De plus l’hôtel est placé près d’une station de métro, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer vers le centre-ville.

Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé à 2 pas du métro pour visiter Seville et du centre commercial. Personnel à l’accueil très agréable et parlant français. Literie confortable, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Calme bien qu’il soit sur une grande axe.
Le parking est très appréciable également. On a même pu laisser notre véhicule toute la journée du lendemain pour visiter avant notre départ et sans surcoût.

Wouldnt stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel and rooms were modern and in a good location with local dining options.
although its next to a football stadium so I would double check there’s no games ahead of booking.

Cons:

We had to swap out our first room because the floors were really dusty, bathroom/toilet grouting was terribly mouldy and looked horrible, tub was full of marks and metal fixtures in room terribly rusty. I was travelling with my 20 month old toddler so this wasn’t acceptable. The second room was slightly better although still some mould in bathroom grouts. But the phone line wasn’t working so we had to go down to front desk to order room service and when I pulled out the bedside lights it had so much dust and was filthy. Didn’t bother complaining again as we were there for only 3 nights but management need to do better spot checks. Hotel cleanliness should be priority. On top of that we booked Novotel because of rooftop pool, which was out of service when we arrived. Wasn’t made aware of this beforehand and I would accept some sort of good will gesture to compensate for that fact.
